Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our premium lifestyle apparel store. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences, and uphold brand standards across store operations, visual merchandising, and team performance.

Experience : 3 to 7 years

Should be from Premium apparel brand

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end store operations ensuring premium service standards

Drive sales targets, AOV, conversion, and repeat customer engagement

Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team

Deliver personalized styling and customer experience for HNI clients

Maintain visual merchandising as per brand and seasonal guidelines

Monitor inventory, stock movement, shrinkage, and replenishment

Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and take corrective actions

Handle customer escalations with a luxury-first mindset

Ensure SOP, audit, and compliance adherence

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management

Excellent customer service and luxury selling skills

Eye for fashion, styling, and brand presentation

Sales analytics and KPI-driven approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (Fashion background preferred)

3–8 years of experience in premium / luxury apparel retail

Proven experience handling high-value customers and targets

Mandatory:

• Strong B2C Brand Marketing Profile
• Must have 3+ years of experience as a marketer preferably across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps
• Must have experience executing end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, content platforms, ATL/BTL, and on-ground activations.
• Must have strong experience in digital storytelling, including social content, creator/influencer collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets
• Strong ability to turn business targets into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Must have at least 1 year of experience managing a team of marketers
• B2C Product companies
• Candidates must be comfortable working on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.

Preferred:

• Experience in EV, mobility, consumer apps, ecosystem brands, or categories that require behaviour change.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will lead the company's B2C marketing engine end-to-end: brand, content, category education, community, and on-ground activation. You will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

• the experience of millions of EV users in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Leadership & Strategy: Build and scale a company's B2C brand with a narrative that cuts across 2W, 3W, 4W riders, drivers, homeowners, and urban professionals.
• Conceptualise and execute end-to-end brand and consumer campaigns across Instagram, WhatsApp, ATL, BTL, and on-ground activations.
• Lead consumer understanding exercises to shape new identify whitespace consumer segments and behavioural triggers that can unlock adoption and usage.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality social content, creator collaborations, product videos, and explainer assets. Manage agency partners, production partners, and internal creative resources.
• Manage, mentor, and scale the organic marketing team including social media and content creators.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally across tech, mobility, energy, fintech, or high-growth apps.
• Proven track record in leading brand campaigns, digital storytelling, and communication strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to turn business targets into creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing product, growth, and creative teams.
• Comfortable building from scratch and thriving in a high-ownership, high-velocity environment.
• Bonus: experience in EV, mobility, consumer apps, ecosystem brands, or categories that require behaviour change.

Job Description:

•    Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
•    Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
•    Perform validation and verification testing and debug code.
•    Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
