Requirements:

• Translating requirements into technical specifications for reporting.
• Review stakeholder business specifications for understanding development needs
• Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, and SQL stored procedures, views and functions).
• Design and develop Power BI Reports and Dashboards for meeting business stakeholder needs
• Design, develop, and thoroughly test all developed scripts
• Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed or required
• Monitor KPIs and create alerts when thresholds are met or exceeded
• Use advanced level calculations on the data set using DAX functions within Power BI
• Test all dashboard visualization and code ensuring functionality and expected performance measures
• Fully document the process used and the methodologies implemented
• Train and support end users in using Power BI dashboards
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices following internally provided SQL Standards

Skills needed:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience as a Power BI Developer
• Minimum 3 years SSRS development experience
• Minimum 3 years SQL Server development experience
• Proficiency in Power BI Development, including report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
