Fullstack Developer

Job Purpose:

To develop and maintain robust, scalable Python-based applications at Nirmitee.io, contributing to our product engineering and healthcare technology solutions with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and best practices.

Key Responsibilites:

• Python Development:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python frameworks like Django or Flask
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end technologies
• Database Management:Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity
• Design and implement database structures to support application requirements
• Cloud and DevOps:Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Quality Assurance:Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and integration tests
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and share knowledge
• Collaboration and Innovation:Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay updated with the latest Python ecosystem developments and suggest improvements

Required Skills And Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience in Python development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning

Roles & responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers and updating the same on CRM
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Upselling products and service
• Researching and qualifying new leads

• • 3+ years of web development experience using LAMP stack or Node.js or similar web technologies 
• • Well-versed with front-end code in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js with familiarity in various frameworks and template languages 
• • Possess strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, especially in PHP 
• • Proficient with database design, optimization and tuning in MySQL or MongoDB 
• • Experience in design patterns, unit testing, automation techniques (Selenium WebDriver) 
• • Exposure to Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, SQS, Redshift, etc.) 
• • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes 
• • Exposure to collaborating tools like GitHub, JIRA, Confluence 
• • Experience in frameworks such as Symfony 2, Express.js, or proven ability to learn on the job 
• • Experience in Microservices and REST architecture 
• • Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and code features in the back-end as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.
• Ship features in fast moving agile sprints.
• Work closely with Product Design and Product Management teams to brainstorm and chalk out details of features.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion.
• Strong skills in architecting database models.
• Ability to document your code as this will be an open-core project.
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end to end tests.
• Conduct peer code review.

Must have:

• Strong understanding of Javascript and NodeJS.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures.
• Experience developing applications that use queues like SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, etc.
• Experience with Docker.
• Should be strong in Postgres database.
• Test driven development and use of frameworks like Mocha, Cypress.
• Strong proficiency in English and writing skills.

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of CI, CD
• Intermediate knowledge in any cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Have created GraphQL APIs or worked with the Apollo framework.
• Have built previous functionality for CRM, marketing, or customer support tools.
• Have worked in open source project previously.
