Performance Marketer
About the role
● Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.
● Experiment and test campaigns. You’ll design and execute testing roadmaps to evolve new campaign strategies, measuring performance to achieve maximum returns in any paid spend.
● Analyse, assess performance and iterate. You’ll analyse performance results and make recommendations for decisions across spending, targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and more.
● Partner and collaborate cross-functionally. You are highly collaborative in your approach and work closely with your counterparts across design, engineering, growth, and product.

What are we looking for?
● 5+ years working in the marketing or growth function, preferably in a startup.
● Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
● Hands-on experience in Google AdWords and Display/Social ads is a must. Expertise in one of them is a pre-requisite.
● Experience in subscription businesses is a bonus (Free to Paid, Recurring constructs). Also, experience in web-based marketing (we use apps mostly for engagement, and most of us customers convert on the web - both desktop & web)
● You are a self-starter and can make decisions on your feet with minimal supervision, and end-to-end ownership to drive outcomes.

This opportunity is for new brands that are in stealth mode & backed by major retail giant. It's a house of Personal care D2C brands in the space of haircare, skin care & kids personal care.
In 2020, CoVid 19 affected every business, few positively and many negatively. However, E- commerce adoption has gone through the roof and we have seen consumer's e-commerce spends grow. India's fast-growing e-commerce market is seen growing by 30 percent a year to $200 billion (roughly Rs. 14,68,640 core) by 2026.
On the back of strong product-market fit and a change in human behaviour due to CoVid that buoyed e-commerce, we are currently building D2C personal care brands. The overall D2C market in India is expected to reach $100 billion in the next 7-8 years. We will be building a digital first content led approach to target this community of consumers. We aim to win shoppers at the moment of purchase by algorithmically managing demand forecasting, promotions and advertising spend, supply chain, content optimization and other aspects that help shoppers make online purchase decisions, all backed by Data Science.

Responsibilities: |
· Supports the security of next generation endpoint technology (Windows and Mac). |
· Assists with coordination and implementation of efforts with various IT teams to ensure solutions are fully tested and deployed enterprise wide. |
· Designs, builds, tests, secures, and documents endpoint security standards. |
· Participates on project teams as a resource representing Endpoint Engineering. |
· Manage an Engineering Team and provide support for users with more advanced security software issues with the highest service quality and customer satisfaction. |

· Works closely with the Security Operations team to improve workflow and tool usage workflow for enhanced monitoring and response capabilities. |

· Review security configurations and compliance on all endpoints technologies as well as assists with audits. |

· Engages with other IT support teams including Network Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, Service Desk, IT Security, and Technical Services to ensure a consistent approach for organizational support across the Enterprise. |
