We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Full Stack Lead with strong backend expertise and solid solutioning experience and development experience

The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of designing scalable solutions, and experienced in leading development across web and mobile platforms.

Role: Teamcenter Lead Developer

Experience: 6+yrs

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Core PLM Support & Expertise
• Manage and support key Teamcenter functionalities including:
• Parts & Components Management
• CAD Data Management & Integration
• BOM Management
• Change Management
• Supplier Collaboration
• Enterprise Data Integration
• Configuration & Customization
• Configure and customize Teamcenter modules to meet evolving business requirements
• Ensure alignment with PLM industry best practices and internal process standards
• Troubleshooting & End-User Support
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve Teamcenter-related issues
• Deliver Tier 2/3 application support and guidance to end-users and business stakeholders
• Maintain system uptime and performance, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Code Implementation
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient code using Teamcenter-specific technologies such as:
• Java, C++, ITK (Integration Toolkit), SOA frameworks
• Support enhancements and new functionality development
• System Integration
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise platforms
• Enable seamless data flow and automation across interconnected systems
• Solution Development
• Design and deliver custom solutions within the Teamcenter platform, including:
• Workflows, UI modifications, reports, and extension modules
• Support ongoing innovation and platform optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred
• 6+ years of experience supporting and developing within the Teamcenter PLM ecosystem
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, C++, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter development
• Solid understanding of PLM best practices and enterprise system integration
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical escalations

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a global engineering or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms

• 1-5 years of experience in Java Development.
• Very good with DSA - Java programming.
• Hands-on experience in working with REST APIs & Web Services.
• Good Database design skills - SQL
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language (e.g. Java)
• Have knowledge about Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
• A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• Experience with building high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems
• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
• Ability to think and analyse both breadthwise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services

Job Description:

• Very good Core Java programming skills, with 7+ years of experience, of which 3 - 4 in core
• development programs.
• Expertise on Agile and Build (Jenkins/GIT/Continuous Integration)
• Rich experience in software development SDLC - Requirements, Analysis,
• coding, review process, build and test.
• Fair understanding Linux fundamentals
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good English comprehension and communication skills, both oral and written,
• Ability to write routine business correspondence, and technical notes
• Strong customer service orientation, proactive in updates/blockers

Qualification & Experience

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

·         Candidate should be able to work independently with client and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Work closely with experienced integration, frontend, or backend development teams

·         Contribute to estimation and scoping of projects

·         Work on presales environment for checking feasibilities for customer requirement.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

·         8 to 10 years of programming experience—preferably with Java 8+, and other tool support

·         5 years of Java # 6 experience

·         Should have experience in executing project independently.

·         Demonstrated ability of Design Patterns and to write efficient, reusable rest services and libraries

·         Experience with agile software development methodologies and software development best practices, pair programming and CI/CD

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent analytical skills for solution building of customer requirements.

·         Good knowledge of datastores (RDBMS, Oracle, SQL)

·         Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.

·         Experience in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML and other web technologies

·         Strong understanding of network OS and system configurations.

·         Familiarization with OSLC and REST APIs

·         Ability to successfully lead offshore development teams and work in global delivery model- US, India, Germany

·         Knowledge of LDAP

·         Experience with Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, Powerpoint

·         Experience with other Requirements Management Tools (Polarion, PTC Integrity) will be a value add

Preferred Experience

·         Understanding of high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable, distributed systems

·         Working knowledge of iText 7, OpenFeign, RabbitMQ/JMS, Mockito and jUnit/nUnit, Spring Cloud
