Required Skills:

• Exp. - 5-8 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (Python & React) to join our Data & Analytics team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our data products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications (front-end & back-end).
• Write clean, efficient code in Python and TypeScript (React).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Work with Snowflake, NoSQL, and streaming data platforms.
• Build reusable components and collaborate with designers & developers.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development processes.
• Debug and resolve software defects while staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Passion for immersive user experiences and data visualization tools (e.g., Apache Superset).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL, and Git.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and FaaS.
• Knowledge of Terraform and testing frameworks (Playwright, Jest, pytest).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and open-source contributions.

1. As a part of ISA ERP development team Develop, test and implement scalable, maintainable, well documented, high-quality MVC / Web Application for Manufacturing or service industry.

2. The individual should have a good understanding of the Microsoft .NET Platform and MS SQL server and Stored procedures

3. Ensure adherence to standards of best engineering practice (code reviews, source code management, unit testing, etc.)

4. Help junior members in the team to get them up to speed and train them in coding practices.

JD:

• Experience in maintaining Oracle Exadata, RAC, and Administration of Oracle Multitenant Architecture.
• Implemented below Exadata new features like Smart scan, Flash cache, flash log, IORM, Storage indexes
• Using CellCli or dcli to manage Exadata storage server objects.
• Monitoring cell disk, grid disk, cell flash cache, flash disk
• Configured dcli between cell nodes and database nodes.
• Monitoring Exadata storage servers with cell metrics alerts and active requests.
• Migrating legacy database to Exadata.
• Experience in Exadata patching
• Experience in RAC along with new features like Flex ASM and Flex cluster.
• Resolve the issues like replace damaged physical disk or Flash disk.
• Installing & configuring Oracle Cluster ware & Database Software for Oracle 12c and 19c.
• Extensive Knowledge on Oracle Multitenant Architecture 12c and 19c.
• Experienced in Oracle installations, upgrades, migration, cloning, designing logical/physical architecture
• Database Refresh using Data pump.
• Expertise in Database upgrades, patching for standalone & RAC databases.
• Experienced in Database Point in Time Recovery.
• Enforcing security by creating roles, granting system and object privileges on the Tables, and stored procedures with DBA concepts.
• Knowledge on oracle enterprise management
• Implementation of db compression using Exadata HCC
• Running ExaCheck reports monthly 
• Implementing smart flash cache, enabling flash cache write back
• Hardware changes , flash disk, griddisk and DIMM replacements
• Working knowledge on managing NFS mount points.
• ZFS share creation
• Huge pages setting

• Hands-on experience in backend programming languages.
• Experience in Python 3.X & Django is a must. Knowledge of .NET, Java, PHP is an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies like Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, etc.

• Experience with leading technical teams and acting as a technical mentor.
• Experience in client communication & reporting to the client-side management team.
• Experience in AWS is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

 Analyze user engagements (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)

 Report on web traffic from all social media

 Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects

 Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

 Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness

 Coordinate with our digital team and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns

 Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

 Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)

 Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company

Requirements:

 Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role

 Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

 In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

 Experiences with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite

 Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems preferred)

 Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

Excellent communication skills

 Time management and multitasking skills

 Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management will add plus points to your performance.
