About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – Engineering Delivery to guide a cross-functional engineering squad comprising Flutter, Backend, QA, and occasionally Data engineers. This position combines hands-on software development with leadership, architecture, and Agile delivery ownership.

Required Qualifications :

• 6 to 9+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team or squad leadership role.
• Strong backend development expertise in Python, Django/DRF, REST API design, caching, queues, and WebSockets.
• Working knowledge of Flutter/Dart architecture and patterns (state management, navigation).
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane/Codemagic), containers (Docker), and AWS (EC2/ECS/ECR, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch).
• Solid testing and observability practices using PyTest, Flutter tests, logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Excellent skills in estimation, prioritization, and communication.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

• Experience releasing and managing mobile apps (Play Console, App Store Connect, TestFlight).
• Familiarity with Data/ML delivery pipelines (batch vs real-time inference, model rollout/versioning).
• Understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP, secret management, IAM, and VPC basics.
• Prior experience in health-tech, food-tech, or other privacy-sensitive domains.

We are searching for an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the E-commerce industry, ideally with technical knowledge related to e-commerce websites. As a Product Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and customer-centric product features and functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce website, aligning it with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define precise product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on their business value, customer feedback, and market demands.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of product releases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform data analysis to evaluate the performance of our products and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct user testing, and iterate on product features to enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in the e-commerce space, leveraging this knowledge to drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the product vision, strategy, and value proposition to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline). An MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding and knowledge of e-commerce platforms and associated technologies.
• Showcase a proven track record of successfully delivering and launching customer-focused products and features.
• Exhibit familiarity with agile product development methodologies and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for making informed product decisions.

About the role: 

· Understand the project test requirements.

· Execute and evaluate automated test cases/suites and report test results to ensure that system functionality satisfies acceptance criteria.

· Create and maintain automation scripts using the Robot Framework

· Help create acceptance criteria for user stories.

· Log bug reports based on test execution.

· Collaborate with the development team to prioritize test scenarios.

· Collaborate with the development team to perform root cause analysis.

· Other duties assigned.

Position Requirements:

Essential Skills:

· Knowledgeable in Software Automation using Robot Framework

· Knowledgeable in API testing (Postman)

· Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban

· Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python preferred)

· Experience with REST API testing and the relevant testing tools.

· Understanding the differences between JSON, YAML, and XML.

· Experienced with CI/CD.

· Experience testing web applications and different types of testing approaches and test environments.

· Experience in test risk management.

· Experience in using GIT repositories would be great.

· A passion for software product quality assurance with a positive mindset and good communication skills.

· Keen eye for detail.

Good to Have

· ISTQB foundation level certification

· Familiar with other automation testing tools like Selenium and Katalon Studio

· Suggest / make framework improvements to accommodate the scripting needs

· Implemented automation framework using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach

· Familiarity with the Test Pyramid would be great.

· Experience working with JIRA

Job responsibilities

• Participate in developing e-commerce websites on BigCommerce platform
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and participate in planning the development roadmap
• Be responsible for delivering optimized, fast loading, responsive, and highly functional website
• Migrate websites from other e-commerce platforms to BigCommerce and install and customize new BigCommerce themes
• Extending BigCommerce functionalities to the next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
• Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in BigCommerce sites
