Python Developer

We are looking for a proactive and skilled MEAN Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team at Rudra Innovative Software Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Angular and TypeScript, along with hands-on experience in the full MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). Exposure to microservices architecture is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain robust web applications using the MEAN stack
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Collaborate closely with designers, testers, and other developers for end-to-end delivery
• Work on designing and developing microservices-based components where applicable
• Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of solid experience with Angular (v18+) and TypeScript
• Awareness of current Angular features like standalone components and signals
• Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js development
• Familiar with MongoDB and writing optimized database queries
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices
• Exposure to microservices architecture and understanding of its types (e.g., API gateway, database per service, event-driven communication)
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or any cloud services is a plus

Skill : 4-10 years of experience in development of automation framework using Python

• Experience in GUI development using HTML/CSS/JS/Angular JS/Django are preferred
• Having good understanding of REST is desired
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills are desired
• Good Communications and interpersonal skill are desired

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Lead the design and development of web

applications using Python and Flask, ensuring code quality, scalability, and

performance.

2. Architecture: Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement

robust, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

3. API Development: Develop RESTful APIs using Flask to support front-end

applications and external integrations.

4. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient

SQL queries, and work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL

solutions.

5. Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform code reviews to maintain

code quality. Debug and resolve complex issues as they arise.

6. Security: Implement security best practices, including data encryption,

authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

7. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in

the application, making improvements for speed and efficiency.

8. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code,

APIs, and development processes.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end

developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality

software.

10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your

knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field.

Proven experience (4-5 years) as a Python developer, with a strong emphasis on

Flask.

Solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and best

practices.

Proficiency in database design and SQL, as well as experience with database

systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and related

frameworks is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Knowledge of containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus.

• 4-5 years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience as full stack developer with skills on Python, Javascript and databases.
• Excellent programming skills and hands-on experience in Python, Java Script, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience of working in Data Science domain is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to positively contribute to a team and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BE/BTech or MCA Degree or any graduate with desired skills.

• Write, test, debug and ship code and gather feedback on the scale, performance, security to incorporate back into the platform. 

• Work with the founders to identify complex technical problems and solve them. 
• Work with the product design and client experience development team to support 

them with scalable services 

• Feed into the overall mission and vision of the eParchi’s platform over the period of the coming months and years. 

• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
