Roles & responsibilities:

• Developing the HR agenda.

• Overseeing recruitment efforts. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

• Taking charge of the entire change management process and optimizing it.

• Employer branding - focus on bringing corporate culture to life to attract and retain top talent.

• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

• Managing staff wellness initiatives.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience working with a Start-up

• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Description:

Your Responsibilities! 

• Development of C#, .NET and Java applications and web applications in the field of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Information Management (PIM)

• Design and development of interfaces for our application software

• Continuous improvement of the software used after consultation with our users

• Support for the replacement of legacy applications by SAP and other standard software solutions

• Software documentation, creation of test scenarios and execution of release cycles

Required Skills: 

• Successfully completed (Bachelor's) degree with a focus on computer science or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of the programming languages C#, .NET

• Knowledge of SQL and database applications such as Microsoft SQL or ORACLE

• Good analytical skills, result-oriented, problem solving, execution focused person

• Business fluent English, German would be an advantage

Even better if you have:

• Knowledge of PLM software and the PLM process would be a plus

• Experience in an agile development and/or DevOps environment

• Experience with Atlassian stack Jira/Bitbucket/Bamboo would be a plus

• - Work with UX and Product Management teams to design software
• - Work with Architects and Engineering leads to build scalable software
• - Back-end software development
• - Proficient in low level system arch design
• - Strong knowledge of web development - MVC, React / Angular Framework

• - 3+ years of industry experience as a Backend/Full Stack Engineer
• - Degree in Computer Science or related field
• - Experience with developing web and mobile applications
• - Must have 2-5 years of experience building applications using front end technologies like – React, Angular 2+, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 
• - Must have 2-5 years of full time Python (Django) experience, and hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle. 
• - Ability to write optimized codes, debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs.
• - Proficiency with Python or relevant back-end scripting language
• - Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, web servers (e.g. Nginx)
• - Experience with Cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS), relevant microservices and load scaling
• - Maintains a strong knowledge base of new open source tech stacks, applications, techniques, and skills

• - A positive attitude, and a growth mindset
• - Great attention to details

• - Experience with serverless deployment  (e.g. Lambda)
• - Experience with API testing software (e.g. Postman)
• - Experience with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, JS)
