We are looking for an experienced and Dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team. • Develop and Deliver : Build robust, scalable cloud-based web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Designers : Partner with UX designers to transform ideas into intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces.
• Write Quality Code : Ensure code quality through writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize Performance : Focus on performance optimization and troubleshooting to provide the best user experience.
• Work in Agile Environment : Engage in agile development cycles with a strong focus on iterative improvement.

What We Are Looking For :

Core Skills :

React.js : Extensive hands-on experience in building responsive web applications with React.

Frontend Technologies : Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Version Control : Familiarity with Git for source code management and collaboration.

Problem-Solving : Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills :

Node.js : Experience with Node.js or backend technologies is a plus.

UX/UI Design : Knowledge of design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create seamless user experiences.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Skill sets are:

• Typescript
• Javascript
• React
• Redux - global state management experience.

Good to have Back End Javascript experience as well as there might be times when the front end team has to do some back end work (which is the bulk of engineering work).

• Front End Lead (who is a PM / Scrum Master)
• Sr. Front End person who can do Client Interaction i.e. good Communication Skills.
• UI Engineer / Architect who has evolved as a Manager who can take care of Delivery of Front End team only.
• This role will interact with the Product Team to understand the product requirements so that he can be the point of contact for Product Requirements.

• Expertise in Javascript, JQuery, W3 CSS, CSS3, HTML5
• Deep understanding of client-side, frameworks such as React.js, Redux & Hooks
• Performance optimization techniques for the web and mobile web
• Expertise in Integrating and maintaining RESTful Web-Services
• Good understanding of AJAX, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
• Good understanding of Virtual DOM, Data structure, and data manipulation
• Deep understanding of UX principles & building GUI
• Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket
• Writes clean, readable, and maintainable code
