As a Senior Analyst you will play a crucial role in improving customer experience, retention, and growth by identifying opportunities in the moment that matter and surfacing them to teams across functions. Responsibilities
- Stitch and analyze data from primary/secondary sources to determine key drivers of customer success, loyalty, risk, churn and overall experience.

Qualifications

- Machine learning engineers working in the Recommendation domain develop the functions and services of the marketplace app Mercari through the development and maintenance of machine learning systems like Recommender systems while leveraging necessary infrastructure and companywide platform tools.
