Strong Senior Business & Data Analyst Profile with deep experience in sales incentives and compensation analytics
Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of experience in a Business analyst/Data analyst/Product analyst role with atleast 2+ years in BFSI/Fintech/B2B SaaS domain handling incentives or commissions
Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience managing sales commissions, incentives, or variable pay programs (CRM administration alone is not sufficient).
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have worked independently on analytical workstreams, from problem framing through to stakeholder presentation.
Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Must have deep proficiency working with complex, large, messy sales and incentives datasets (commission plans, quota structures, channel programs, and payout workflows)
Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have a solid understanding of how commission plans are structured, how channel incentives differ from direct sales comp, and why calculation accuracy and auditability matter.
Mandatory (Tech skill 3) – Must have advanced Excel skills — building models from scratch, nested formulas, pivot tables, and strong calculation accuracy.
Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Must have a track record of translating business requirements into precise product requirements, bridging business stakeholders and product/engineering teams.
Mandatory (Communication) – Must have clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory (Domain) – Must have prior exposure to BFSI/Fintech/B2B SAAS platforms dealing with Sales Performance Management (SPM), Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), or channel incentives (commission automation, quota & territory planning, gamification, or channel partner loyalty).
