
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Head to lead our Accounts & Finance operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Chartered Accountant firms and experience working with investment companies or banks, ensuring expertise in compliance, financial planning, audits, and investment accounting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance Management
• Lead the complete accounts function including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliation.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure accurate preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
2. Audit & Compliance
• Manage internal and external audits with statutory auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, and banking regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of financial laws, RBI guidelines, and compliance norms.
3. Budgeting & Financial Planning
• Prepare annual budgets, revenue plans, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and assist management in financial strategy and decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity management.
4. Investment & Banking Operations
• Manage investment portfolios, fund allocation, and financial instruments.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans, credit lines, and investment products.
• Track returns, risks, and financial performance of investments.
5. Leadership & Team Management
• Supervise and mentor accounts team members.
• Set financial controls, SOPs, and best practices for efficient operations.
• Work closely with management on financial strategy and long-term planning.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS), taxation, and audit controls.
• Experience in investment accounting, financial modelling, and risk analysis.
