To perform a due diligence task on the Company’s current Salesforce environment.
The environment analysis primary focuses of current salesforce components and objects “as is” state to delivery business function like:
- Salesforce Environment Analysis
- Salesforce Product Customization and High-level Design analysis
- Salesforce detail insight analysis and documentation
- Data flow in salesforce and integration and migration analysis and documentation
- Salesforce Deployment practices and Reporting analysis
- Salesforce day to day operation and user experience documentation
- Salesforce due diligences presentation to stakeholders
- Sales cloud

Requirements

4. 3+ years of experience in customer service. Prior experience in managing customer support operations via chat in a fast-paced startup environment

6. Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.
7. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
8. A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
9. Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications

Job Description:-
- Manage the overall accounting and bookkeeping for the organization including accounts payable and receivable, inventory and capital assets, banking, and payroll functions
- Work closely with the Director of Finance and Operation to handle revenue for all development initiatives and strategies.
- Supervised of accounting system and book-keeping of SoftwareSuggest and CallHippo.
- Ensure that all applicable tax laws are in proper compliance i.e. Service tax, TDS, GST, PTAX, etc.
- Ensure that system and information are compatible to produce consolidated reports and accounts.
- Provide administrative assistance, including oversight of facility vendors and contracts, and establishing and managing vendor accounts and relationships.
- Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements, including a statement of activities, fund balance, and sources/uses of funds, to the CFO and, as requested, to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure that SoftwareSuggets is reconciled on weekly basis - reconciling to bank statements, trade creditors and debtors, dealing with posting errors, etc...
- Produce a weekly summary of accounts including cash flow and trade creditors.
- Produce monthly reports of the Balance sheet, Bank Statement, Cash and Fund flow statement, etc...
- Provide advice on financial matters to the management team.

What You'll Do :
You will be a part of our backend team working on keeping our REST API and GraphQL API up and running and making sure that our users get the right data at the right time.
You will have ownership of developing and maintaining our backend services including users, courses, and operations tools that manage our product and logistics.
You will work on architecting and scaling highly-available RESTful services and back-end systems from scratch.
This is a position for an experienced Node programmer with at least 2 years under the belt, but you don't have to be a rock star, a ninja, or a superhero to apply.
What You'll Need :
You will fit well in the backend team if you are passionate about technology and have experience programming in Node. Knowledge of technologies like Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, REST and JSON will help you get going from day one.
As an experienced Node developer, you should be intimately familiar with the platform, with
JavaScript, and with the stables of full-stack web development : HTTP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL.
It's a bonus if you're broadly familiar with other languages as well- we write some services in Go and have data pipelines written in Python- but your main work will be JavaScript through and through.
