Key Responsibilities

CRM & Process Management

• Update CRM systems accurately with lead stages, notes, and follow-up actions.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our team.
• This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, proficiency in coding, and excellent communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for production monitoring, resolving minor technical issues, collecting client information, providing effective client interactions, and supporting our development team in resolving challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, provide excellent communication, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to software applications in a timely manner.
• Information Collection: Gather detailed technical information from clients, understand the problem context, and relay the information to the development leads for further action.

Mandatory Skills:

Work Environment:

• This is a rotational shift position
• During evening shift the timings will be (5 PM to 2 AM), and you will be expected to work independently and efficiently during these hours.
• The position may require occasional weekend shifts depending on the project requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Student Advisor to join our team. The candidate will counsel students on overseas education opportunities or domestic study options, guide them through the admission process, and support them in selecting suitable courses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to students regarding study options abroad or within the country.
• Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission processes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, courses, and visa procedures.
• Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Maintain student records and follow up consistently to convert leads into admissions.
• Participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities as required.
• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling or domestic student counseling/sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet targets.
• Knowledge of international education systems (for overseas counseling applicants).
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer-service mindset.

Salary Structure

• Overseas Student Counselor (1+ year experience):
• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and countries handled)
• Sales Experience- Academic Counselor (1+ year):
• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Training will be provided)

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:
