Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and market share for Gastroenterology products and medical devices.

Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, KOLs, and allied hospital personnel.

Develop and lead distributors and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration across hospitals.

Manage the sales funnel and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to increase market share.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business execution and customer servicing.

Maintain accurate sales reports and comply with company processes.

Required Experience:

Experience in Medical Devices / MedTech sales.

Experience in hospital or institutional sales.

Experience in territory management and business development.

Channel partner/distributor management experience is preferred.

Gastroenterology or Endoscopy product experience will be an advantage.
