🤝 What makes you a good fit?

• 0-2 years of experience in product development, architecture, data structures, algorithms and design.
• Experience with API integrations, database design, and backend frameworks on NodeJS and/or Python
• Experienced with an agile team environment and you prefer being a self-starter.

🏡 Where will you work from?

We are operating out of Central Indiranagar, Bangalore. We are firm believers in "when we sit together on a table, we move mountains". So you will be required to come to our office [WFO], which we have designed with a lot of love and affection :)

• Designing and building responsive and mobile-friendly websites optimised for different devices and browsers
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript, PHP, Python,
• Implementing and maintaining website content management systems
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure websites are functioning correctly
• Staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to ensure the website is current and secure
• Creating and managing databases for website functionality
• Ensuring website accessibility and security to protect sensitive data and user information
• Maintaining and updating existing websites
• Testing both new and current website and correcting potential errors that may arise

We are looking for a bright and exceptional Engineering Lead to join one of our Fortune 500 clients in the Fintech industry for the locations - Bangalore / Gurgaon / Hyderabad based Technology team. The role involves building complex next generation product used by the clients and architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in design, development, delivery, and maintenance of software projects/products.
• Help the team translate the business requirements into R& D tasks.
• Work with product groups to outline project deliverables and help manage the roadmap of the R& D tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects & stability improvements to resolution.
• Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure.
• Engage and lead a team of highly talented technologists.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 6-9 years of experience, Fintech domain is a plus.
• Demonstrated contribution to end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software.
• Proficiency in Java or equivalent object-oriented languages, coupled with design and SOA.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise application development, coupled with knowledge of frameworks & tools like/equivalent to spring, mybatis, git, gradle
• Experience in at least one shell scripting language, SQL, and data modeling skills.
• Experience in cloud technologies is a plus.
• Strong technology acumen, knowledge of software engineering process, design knowledge and architecture intelligence.
• Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams.
• Ability to advocate & influence multiple stakeholders.

• Development and delivery experience in iOS, at least 2 apps should be in App Store
• Proficient in Swift 4.0 or later
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Maps, Core Location, Core Bluetooth and Core Animation etc.
• Familiarity with MVVM, Test driven development(TDD)
• Experience with third-party libraries such as Alamofire etc. and APIs Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Proficient in RESTful APIs

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning, optimisation

• Should have done Minimum three projects using any of these following technologies: Angular 2+
