Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Present company services such as Car Rental, ETS, Mobility, and Travel Management.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and MIS documentation.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Client relationship management
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of travel/mobility services (preferred)
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• 2–8 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred)

1 to 3 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management.

2. Should have worked with good agencies

3. Must have Experience with B2C, D2C, fashion, FMCG, or aggregators (e.g., RedBus, AbhiBus)

4. Must have handled a minimum monthly ads budget of ₹5+ lakh.

5. Strong communication skills are important

6. Looking for immediate, 30days or max 45days notice period candidates or either they have buyout option.

Strong Backend Developer with Rust knowledge

Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 3+ YOE as a Software Engineer

Mandatory (Core Skills) - Expert level knowledge in Rust or Realtime experience in Rust

Mandatory (Company) - Product company (Highly preferred- Blockchain companies, Gaming Companies, Early stage startups)

Mandatory (Education) - Engineering from Tier-1 Colleges

Job Responsibilities:

Support, maintain, and enhance existing and new product functionality for trading software in a real-time, multi-threaded, multi-tier server architecture environment to create high and low level design for concurrent high throughput, low latency software architecture.

• Provide software development plans that meet future needs of clients and markets
• Evolve the new software platform and architecture by introducing new components and integrating them with existing ones
• Perform memory, cpu and resource management
• Analyze stack traces, memory profiles and production incident reports from traders and support teams
• Propose fixes, and enhancements to existing trading systems
• Adhere to release and sprint planning with the Quality Assurance Group and Project Management
• Work on a team building new solutions based on requirements and features
• Attend and participate in daily scrum meetings
