We’re actively looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in Salesforce Consulting Sales, specifically targeting the US market. This is a full-time, onsite role for individuals who are passionate about enterprise sales and building long-term client relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
🔍 Role Overview:
Position: Business Development Manager – Salesforce Consulting Sales

Location: Onsite – Noida, Sector 62 (NCR region)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)
Experience Level: 3–7 years in Salesforce sales, with at least 2+ years in consulting services sales for the US market
✅ Mandatory Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience selling Salesforce Consulting Services (implementation, customization, integration, support, etc.)
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and partner network
Experience in end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal building, and closing deals
Demonstrated success in selling to US-based clients (preferably SMBs and mid-enterprise)
Should not be limited to Salesforce product/license sales – consulting services sales is essential
📚 Training & Support:
Structured onboarding and domain-specific training will be provided
Ongoing support from technical pre-sales and delivery teams to help close deals

DevOps Engineer, Plum & Empuls
As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible to setup and maintain GIT repository, DevOps tools like Jenkins, UCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jfrog Artifactory, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security.
