Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
• Implement object-oriented design principles and build robust, scalable architectures.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and ensure seamless integration with MySQL/Oracle databases.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper documentation of design, architecture, and implementation details.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development.
• Good understanding of OOPs concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Java Streams.
• Proficiency in SQL with working experience on MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

1. Must have 5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

2. Must have atleast 2 to 3 years of experince in team leading or handling. (should be currently in team lead role and should have experience in handling a team of 9 to 10 members).

3. Must have experience hiring across multiple countries/regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas), ( global hiring experience is required ).

4. Must have experience working in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup companies.

5. Candidate should have experience in Employee Branding. (preferably in SaaS based companies).

6. Must have hands-on expertise using global job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, Naukri, etc.).

7. Must have strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).

8. Must be able to lead, coach, and manage a global TA team with daily hiring targets.

9. Must be capable of end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions.

10. Must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across time zones.

11. Must have strong understanding of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
• Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
• Manage and contribute to Kaizen - Beaconstac's Design System

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process.
• Ability to update and engage with stakeholders like product managers and engineers.
• Relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate with UI engineering teams will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce AI project offerings.
• Explain the benefits and features of our AI products and services.
• Answer questions and address client concerns confidently and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Schedule follow-up calls to build and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pitch strategies.

Very good knowledge of at least one front end technology like AngularJs, ReactJs, ViewJs

Very good experience in AJAX, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS3, bootstrap.

Good experience working for APIs and web-services

Should have good experience working for GIT or Bitbucket

Excellent Communication

Able to communicate with International client directly

- Strong logic and analytical skills.

- 5+ Years of experience with PHP, React.js, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Database Experience - Postgres or other relational databases.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, bitbucket.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

- Experience with modern dev stack (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as cloud hosting solutions would be an added advantage but not compulsory.

- Use SOAP and REST to implement API integrations

- Flexible to Learn new technologies!!

Informatica PowerCenter (9x ,10.2) : Minimum 2+ years experience

SQL / PLSQL: Understanding of SQL procedure. Able to convert procedures into Informatica mapping.

Good to have- Advantage if you have knowledge of Windows Batch Script.
