JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering long-term engagement, and driving measurable impact through our EdTech products/services. The role involves conducting tailored training sessions, analyzing user adoption metrics, and proactively resolving challenges to enhance both learning effectiveness and operational performance. Through close collaboration with product, support, and sales teams, the Customer Success Executive serves as the voice of the customer, helping shape future innovations that improve scalability, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Guide new clients through the initial setup and product adoption process.

● Support clients specifically in onboarding and adoption of ERP modules within our platform.

● Ensure a smooth transition from the sales team to customer success.

● Conduct onboarding sessions or training workshops.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

● Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.

● Educate customers on features, best practices, and new updates.

● Act as a bridge between product development and the customer.

● Monitor customer usage metrics to identify risks or opportunities.

● Proactively reach out if usage drops or engagement declines.

● Troubleshoot issues or escalate them to technical support.

● Gather feedback and insights from customers and relay them to internal teams.

● Influence product roadmap and service improvements.

● Advocate for the customer internally.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Medical Knowledge

• Develop thorough knowledge of infant formula, pediatric nutrition, and pharma-based products
• Explain product composition, benefits, usage, and differentiation clearly to doctors
• Stay updated with new product launches, guidelines, and market trends

Doctor & Customer Interaction

• Visit pediatricians, gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics
• Conduct doctor detailing with scientific and ethical promotion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

Sales & Promotion

• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Promote products through effective communication and selling skills
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Reporting & Documentation

• Fill and maintain daily call reports (DCR), feedback forms, and survey formats
• Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions and market feedback
• Share timely reports with the sales manager / HO

Job description

• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Understanding tasks and creating BRDs(Business Requirement Documentation)
• Creating Functional Specification Documents
• Understanding requirements as communicated by business stakeholders
• Understanding stakeholder briefs clearly and propose suitable solutions in consultation with the team
• Build the required project documentation, workflows and FSDs(Functional Specification Document), SRS(Software Requirements Specification)/SOWs(Scope of Work) in collaboration with the stakeholders for the project
• Maintain the SRS documentation during the course of the project
• Understand and manage change requests
• Develop and actively collaborate with project managers and the team on plans and provide weekly status and tracking reporting on the health of the project.

The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience performing following tasks for a tech company:

• Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, and follow-up calls.

• Schedule and conduct qualification calls for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions.

• Conduct demo meetings and do regular follow ups with prospects to lead them towards closure

• Achieve monthly sales targets such as the number of demos scheduled, qualified opportunities, weekly activities, and appointment setting.

• Manage leads and develop strong relationships

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience performing above tasks for a SAAS company.
