JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, fostering long-term engagement, and driving measurable impact through our EdTech products/services. The role involves conducting tailored training sessions, analyzing user adoption metrics, and proactively resolving challenges to enhance both learning effectiveness and operational performance. Through close collaboration with product, support, and sales teams, the Customer Success Executive serves as the voice of the customer, helping shape future innovations that improve scalability, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Guide new clients through the initial setup and product adoption process.
● Support clients specifically in onboarding and adoption of ERP modules within our platform.
● Ensure a smooth transition from the sales team to customer success.
● Conduct onboarding sessions or training workshops.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
● Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
● Educate customers on features, best practices, and new updates.
● Act as a bridge between product development and the customer.
● Monitor customer usage metrics to identify risks or opportunities.
● Proactively reach out if usage drops or engagement declines.
● Troubleshoot issues or escalate them to technical support.

The Installation Technician is responsible for on-site installation, assembly, and fitting of company products (such as wardrobes, kitchens, furniture, fixtures, or equipment) as per design specifications and quality standards. The role ensures timely completion of installations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out installation, assembly, and fitting of products (wardrobes, kitchens, sliding doors, fixtures, etc.) at customer sites.
· Read and interpret layout drawings, installation plans, and design specifications.
· Ensure all installations are completed as per company standards, within the given timelines.
· Conduct pre-installation checks, including site measurements and readiness verification.
· Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance.
· Coordinate with the project manager, designer, and client for smooth execution.
· Perform finishing work such as adjustments, alignment, and final inspection.
· Report any site issues, damages, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
· Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
· Provide on-site service support and rectify installation-related issues if required.

- Own definition and implementation of API interfaces (REST and GraphQL). We take pride in our 100% open API with over 600 endpoints.
- Implement simple solutions to complex business logic that enables our merchants to manage financials, orders and shipments across millions of transactions.
- Build reusable components and packages for future use.
- Translate specs and user stories into reviewable, test covered patches.
- Peer review code and refactor existing code.
