Role Overview

The Client Strategy Manager is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of client projects — from onboarding and requirement gathering to strategy, execution coordination, client communication, performance tracking with team, approvals, and ongoing growth.

This role acts as the central bridge between clients, internal marketing teams, creative teams, developers, SEO specialists, paid media teams, and management, ensuring that projects move forward according to business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Understand client businesses, services, target audiences, competitors, challenges, and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular client communication through email, WhatsApp, meetings, and project channels.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal tasks and actionable deliverables.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, assets, access, payments, content, feedback, and pending decisions.
• Keep clients informed about project progress, upcoming activities, delays, dependencies, and completed work.
• Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
• Maintain a proactive communication approach rather than waiting for clients to ask for updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention, and overall account value.

2. Client Onboarding & Project Initiation

• Manage the initial onboarding process for new clients.
• Collect required business information like branding assets, website access, Google Business Profile access, social media access and other project requirements.
• Prepare and share access/requirement sheets.
• Coordinate payment confirmation and project onboarding requirements.
• Ensure projects are properly onboarded into the internal CRM/project-management system.
• Establish project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal kickoff activities between relevant departments.
• Ensure the team has sufficient information and resources before beginning execution.

3. Project Management:

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Create, prioritize, and track internal tasks.
• Coordinate deadlines across multiple departments.
• Monitor project dependencies and identify blockers.
• Follow up with team members on pending tasks.
• Escalate critical delays or issues to management.
• Maintain project momentum and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate internal meetings, standups, reviews, and project discussions.
• Prepare meeting notes, MOMs, action items, and follow-ups.
• Maintain visibility over project status from initiation to completion

4. Financial & Commercial Coordination:

• Coordinate with finance regarding invoices, payment confirmations, renewals, and outstanding payments.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments where required.
• Track hosting renewals and recurring service requirements.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and account expansion.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of relevant agency services.
• Ensure commercial commitments remain aligned with actual project scope.

5. Quality Assurance:

Before deliverables are shared with clients:

• Review content for accuracy and completeness.
• Check design consistency.
• Verify branding.
• Review website functionality.
• Check SEO implementation.
• Review creative quality.
• Confirm client requirements have been addressed.
• Identify missing elements or inconsistencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet agency standards.

The objective is to act as a quality-control layer between internal execution and client delivery.

6. Working Hours & International Client Coordination:

• Primarily operate within standard office working hours while maintaining flexibility based on client requirements.
• Attend occasional meetings or client calls outside standard office hours to accommodate international clients across Canada, Australia, the United States, and other international time zones.
• Coordinate with international clients when required for project discussions, approvals, strategy sessions, presentations, and urgent matters.
• Demonstrate flexibility in managing different time zones while ensuring client communication and project requirements remain on schedule.
• Outside-office-hour meetings are generally scheduled based on client availability in advance, project requirements, and business priorities, rather than as a fixed extended working schedule.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, account management and project management.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with international clients, preferably across Dubai, Canada, Australia, the United States, and other international markets.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute end-to-end waste management projects with a strong emphasis on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of waste management operations, regulatory frameworks, and project lifecycle management—from planning to execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle for waste management initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure all project activities align with EPR guidelines and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations, logistics) and external stakeholders (producers, recyclers, regulatory authorities).
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Develop EPR compliance strategies and documentation including take-back schemes, recycling targets, and reporting.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with local and national EPR regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and report project progress to leadership.
• Implement KPIs to measure environmental impact and project efficiency.

Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory (Operations, Sustainability, or Project Management preferred).
• 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in waste management, sustainability, or environmental services.
• Proven experience managing EPR-related projects (plastic waste, e-waste, packaging, etc.).
• Strong understanding of waste processing workflows, recycling systems, and producer responsibilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

• Strong Site Reliability Engineer (SRE - CloudOps) Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a minimum 1 years of experience in SRE (CloudOps)
• Mandatory (Core Skill 1) - Must have experience with Google Cloud platforms (GCP)
• Mandatory (Core Skill 2) - Experience with monitoring, APM, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Newrelic, Pingdom, or Pagerduty
