Salesforce Lead (Developer )

We are looking for experienced PHP / Senior PHP Developer to join our web development projects. As a PHP Developer, you will play a key role in writing clean and efficient PHP code, following industry best practices and collaborating with the creative team. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will contribute to the success of our software development process.

Responsibilities:

• Write backend code and develop efficient PHP modules.
• Solve complex performance problems and address architectural issues.
• Integrate and combine data storage solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively across different time zones using tools like GitHub, video conferences, and documents.
• Familiarity with common third-party APIs such as Google, Facebook, eBay, etc.
• Utilize version control tools and work with relational databases.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Display a keen interest in learning new tools, languages, and workflows.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / MCA/ M.Tech/ Msc IT.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
• Wordpress experience is a plus point
• Strong knowledge of PHP programming language and related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media. 2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue

per month)

st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks,

3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period,

4. You will be entitled for training stipend of INR. 21428.

In-office attendance of 90% is mandatory in 1month of training

India Shift (10:30am onwards) – INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2.6 LPA Variable)

About Role

• Design and develop a delightful Android application for our users, with a focus on simplicity of use and high-performance  
• Write product-independent code and design modular APIs to be used across all of our products  
• Work across disciplines with team members from front-end, backend, design, and product  
• Help ensure we’re bug-free by writing unit-tests, and regularly communicating with our QA team

Requirements  

• Strong development skills with Kotlin/Java and the Android SDK  
• You have an understanding of MVP and / or MVVM  
• You understand the ins and outs of RESTful web services  
• You have experience developing, releasing, and maintaining Android applications on top of RESTful  APIs 
• You have fundamentals in OO-design, data structures, and problem solving

• 10+ years developing and designing software products, and demonstrated experience with full software development lifecycle, ideally in a regulated industry
• Strong computer science fundamentals in OOAD, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Fluency in a high-level object oriented programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Golang, C++)
• Strong understanding of professional software engineering best practices for the full SLDC including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, highly available distributed systems / services
• Expertise with services and microservices solution design and delivery covering API design, containerization, and application integration / messaging.
• Expertise with design and delivery of cloud native solutions on any of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise with algorithm development in one or more of the following areas: numerical & statistical analysis, signal processing, image processing, regression, and machine learning.
• Practical experience with SCRUM, SaFe or other applicable agile framework in regulated environments.

Primary Job Function:

• Works in a lead role in one or more aspects of the overall software development process (such as software design, code development) under a disciplined product development process that meets FDA requirements.
• Works independently on identifying new technologies and creating systems designs for implementation into new product development and process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership in cloud services / systems software development (such as software design, code development, design review, code review, and testing) including project scheduling activities.
• Reliably deliver high quality software within schedule constraints.
• Provides technical ownership of software products.
• Actively participates in product development teams for the development of new products and services.
• Interacts with QA engineers to ensure that software products are robust and of very high quality.
• Research technical issues and propose technical approaches that achieve product and quality requirements.
• Participate in the full life cycle of development, from specification and design through implementation, testing, and support.
• Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
• Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering or scientific field.

Minimum Experience:

• 10 years relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or 5 yrs with MS degree. Will receive additional 2 years experience credit for PhD.
• Good knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential..
• Excellent troubleshooting skills are a must. Strong debugging techniques and experience on using debugger is required and/or use of testing tools to ensure high level of quality of software product.
• Strong working knowledge of the principles of quality software engineering as described by software lifecycle development processes that are consistent with ISO, IEEE, or other FDA recognized standards.
• Experience w/ distributed computing / services (preferably cloud native) software design and development is highly preferable.
