Job Title: Junior Business Analyst with Project Coordination Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communication between teams.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project deliverables.
• Assist with testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

What you'll do:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for our microservices architecture.
• Utilize Git and Helm for version control and deployment management.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and AWS CDN.
• Maintain and optimize MySQL databases, Airflow, and Redis instances.
• Write automation scripts in Bash or Python for system administration tasks.
• Perform Linux administration tasks and troubleshoot system issues.
• Utilize Ansible and Terraform for configuration management and infrastructure as code.
• Demonstrate knowledge of networking and load-balancing principles.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications meet reliability and performance standards.

Additional Skills (Good to Know):

• Familiarity with ClickHouse and Druid for data storage and analytics.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data center operations.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role or similar.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, MySQL, Airflow, Redis, AWS CDN.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Understanding of networking principles and load balancing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The Role

We’re hiring two versatile full-stack engineers. One will lean infra/back-end, the other front-end/LLM integration, but both will ship vertical slices end-to-end.

You will:

• Design and build the agent-execution runtime (LLMs, tools, schemas).
• Stand up secure VPC deployments with Docker, Terraform, and AWS or GCP.
• Build REST/GraphQL APIs, queues, Postgres/Redis layers, and observability.
• Create a React/Next.js visual workflow editor with drag-and-drop blocks.
• Build the Prompt Composer UI, live testing mode, and cost dashboard.
• Integrate native tools: search, browser, CRM, payments, messaging, and more.
• Ship fast—design, code, test, launch—and own quality (no separate QA team).
• Talk to early users and fold feedback into weekly releases.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years building production web apps at startup pace.
• Strong TypeScript + Node.js or Python.
• Solid React/Next.js and modern state management.
• Comfort with AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Bias for ownership from design to deploy.

Nice but not required: Terraform or CDK, IAM/VPC networking, vector DBs or RAG pipelines, LLM API experience, React-Flow or other canvas libs, GraphQL or event streaming, prior dev-platform work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting with internal stakeholders and clients to determine their goals and budget
• Advising clients and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes
• Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising
• Brainstorming with a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, designers, sales specialists, and web developers
• Creating and managing paid ads across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, media partners, programmatic, display, search, networks and more
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
• Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising
• Utilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns
• Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
• Coordinate with a team of individual contributors to meet deadlines for launch dates

Must-haves:

• Basic familiarity with concepts of campaign management experience across paid, organic, and other marketing efforts across channels
• Analytical mindset with an ability to map data to insights
• Impeccable ability to do customer journey mapping to identify pain points
• Work across multiple time zones (US, US (CST), Canada) as needed
• Ability to learn, scale, and ideate
• Ability to ask the right questions and focus on “what does success look like?”
• Google, Hubspot, and LinkedIn certifications are a huge plus
• Internship in SEO or SEM or Campaign Analytics preferred
