Position Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.
• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
• Being aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC process
• Should have an excellent understanding of all existing integration and automation.
• Understand the product integration requirement and solve it right, which is scalable, performant & resilient.
• Develop using TDD methodology, apply appropriate design methodologies & coding standards
• Able to conduct code reviews, quick at debugging
• Able to deconstruct a complex issue & resolve it
• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT
• Able to work with the stakeholders/customers, able to synthesise the business requirements, and suggest the best integration approaches – Process analyst
• Able to suggest, own & adapt to new technical frameworks/solutions & implement continuous process improvements for better delivery

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7-9 years of experience in developing integration/automation solutions or related experience
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical architect or lead role
• Strong working experience in Python is preferred
• Good understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies
• Good communication, presentation skills, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Work individually and closely with other members of the team during code sprints to deliver a complete end-to-end solution.
• Articulate project status to other team members and management.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
• Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.

• Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills experience handling the independent execution with minimal guidance, prior hands on experience or understanding on working with Django and python.

• 1 years experience with Django.

• Must be from Tier 1 University.

GetSupp is looking for a Software Engineer to join its core team. You will be a key member of our team and will develop applications that help simplify a user's health discovery journey.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development & execution of our core product offerings.

• Own & execute critical features end-to-end and work directly with the founding team to drive customer impact
• Ideate & help design features keeping in mind the scale and high availability of systems
• Develop, test and release schedule critical, high-quality features that will help build a polished product
• 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python language
• Experience with application development using Django or Flask
• Experience with MySQL / Postgres / NoSQL and hold a solid understanding of database design concepts
• Experience in API Design with REST & GraphQL
• Experience with caching methodologies using Memcached or Redis

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of industry experience with the Python and Django framework.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good analytical skills with strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building backend services with hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle. 
• Ability to write optimized codes,debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs
• Experience with Databases.
• Experience with writing REST-APIs.
• Prototyping initial collection and leveraging existing tools and/or creating new tools
• Experience working different types of datasets (e.g. unstructured, semi-structured, with missing information)
• Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way
• A positive attitude, and a growth mindset
