We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Backend Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining backend systems using Django and Python, while also managing on-premises hardware and deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our software is reliably configured, deployed, and maintained in an on-prem environment.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django or Flask).
On-Prem Deployment: Install, configure, and manage software on on-premises hardware, including servers and networking equipment.
Database Management: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize data access layers (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
API Integration: Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability.
Version Control & CI/CD: Use Git for version control and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Security & Compliance: Work with the team to ensure software and infrastructure meet security and compliance requirements.
Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for your code, configurations, and on-prem deployment processes.

- Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS, Azure and GCP
- Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS, Azure, GCP cloud infrastructure defined as code
- Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
- Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
- Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS, Azure Infrastructure and systems

We are looking for a JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js . Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e. g., Immutable.js ).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).

Job Description
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing Tessacts overall communications and marketing plan -- focusing specifically on digital communications -- to build awareness about Tessact within the community, and increase its visibility on social media platforms (mainly linkedIn)
Responsibilities
- Community management: designing social media campaigns, creating social media contents, answering to customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…).
- Managing the company’s official website.
- Writing contents for the company’s blog or website.
- Creating contents for mail diffusion (newsletter…) or online diffusion.
- Follow-up and improvement of SEO.
- Helping the marketing team to follow-up and improve the digital marketing strategy
Skills And Qualifications
- Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Exceptional ability to manage details
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Be available for at least 20 hours a week
- A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in the liberal arts or equivalent work experience
- Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. HootSuite, Google Analytics)
- Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
- Strong working knowledge of email marketing applications (e.g. Constant Contact)
