Key Responsibilities

Own the complete B2B sales cycle — prospecting to closure

Generate and convert leads for website development and custom software projects

Engage decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Product Heads)

Conduct discovery calls and propose tailored solutions

Lead commercial discussions and negotiations

Maintain CRM and accurate revenue forecasting

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project transition

Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business

Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation such as user stories, workflows, BRDs, and FRDs.

2–4 years experience in IT services / SaaS / custom software sales

Proven track record of closing mid-size to large B2B deals

Strong understanding of consultative selling

Business Analytics Developer

Experience – 4+ years

Location – Remote (India)

Requirements:

• Translating requirements into technical specifications for reporting.
• Review stakeholder business specifications for understanding development needs.
• Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, and SQL stored procedures, views and functions).
• Design and develop Power BI Reports and Dashboards for meeting business stakeholder needs.
• Design, develop, and thoroughly test all developed scripts.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis as needed or required.
• Monitor KPIs and create alerts when thresholds are met or exceeded.
• Use advanced level calculations on the data set using DAX functions within Power BI.
• Test all dashboard visualization and code ensuring functionality and expected performance measures.
• Fully document the process used and the methodologies implemented.
• Train and support end users in using Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices following internally provided SQL Standards.

Skills needed:

• Minimum 4 years professional experience as a Power BI Developer.

• You will lead the design team, develop and conceptualize a comprehensive design strategy in collaboration with product managers and designers for the app.and play a major part in strengthening the design centered culture in the company.
• Produce high-quality and innovative design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot design problems across the app and come up with solutions using user-centric critical analysis.

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in ui/ux design in product-first companies and have a strong portfolio and have expertise with design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects) to produce wireframes, high fidelity mockups and illustrations with attention to detail.
