We are looking for a driven and people-focused Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right educational solutions. You will play a key role in driving admissions by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and nurturing them through the decision-making journey.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential students through various lead-generation channels.

Prospect new leads via cold calling, follow-ups, events, referrals, and digital outreach.

Understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs or courses.

Engage with key decision-makers and build strong advisory relationships.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and progress in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple leads effectively

Salary -35k-38k CTC (2+ year exp)

Shift : 10AM-7PM

Blockchain Developer (Private)

Desired Candidate profile for Private Blockchain:

·      Must have experience in developing Hyperledger Fabric based solution. Basic knowledge of Ethereum is a plus.

·      Should be able to setup Hyperledger fabric 2.0 from scratch. Ethereum full node setup is a plus.

·      Knowledge of Distributed consensus systems

·      Should be familiar with basic cryptography and P2P networks.

·      Hand-on experience on CI/CD and docker is a major plus.

·      Ability to deploy fabric on Kubernetes.

MDM Engineer / Developer

As a Developer, you are responsible for creating and maintaining software development lifecycle activities pertaining to the business applications. You will design, code, test, debug, and document existing and new enhancements.

Responsibilities: 

• Works with project managers, business analysts, content specialists, and digital product owners to understand how business requirements and technical specifications will translate to actual work product across platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, eBusiness, information technology or related field required.

• 3 years required, 5 years preferred experience with coding experience in required language, platform, and/or technology.
