Springer Capital is a real estate investment firm based in Chicago, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Springer engages in Capital Advisory for APAC Private Equity and Asset Management making financial investments in real estate and other sectors in US markets.

Springer seeks an Operations Intern to join the Technology side of the company. The internship can be onsite in Shanghai or conducted remotely. The start date of the internship is flexible.

Job Highlights:

As an intern for the Business Automation team, you will be focusing on researching and developing tools and workflow that automate some parts of our business automation. As business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Springer.

What you will do as an intern:

Analyze business processes by working closely with other business team to understand the processes and identify areas that can be automated.

Design software solution that can automate business processes, mostly involving researching new automation tools.

Test and debug automation flows to ensure they function as intended.

Provide technical support to the business team and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Technical and legal Information:

The internship enrollment period is flexible. The expected hours are 20 per week for ~3 months. Upon completion, you will receive an internship confirmation letter, or you can apply to your school for internship credit.

Website Developer will be responsible for the coding, design, and layout of the website, encompassing its visual appearance and technical functionality. They will build websites and web applications according our client's or company's specifications, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and perform efficiently across all devices.

The primary duties of the Website Developer will include :

Design and Development :

- Writing clean, testable, and efficient code using programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Developing and maintaining websites and web applications.

- Creating responsive designs that ensure websites look and function correctly on various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Integration and Performance :

- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.

- Optimizing websites for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

Testing and Maintenance :

- Conducting rigorous testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure all features are working correctly and identifying/fixing bugs.

Collaboration :

- Working closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to translate design mockups and functional requirements into a technical reality.

• Redesign the entire website.

• Lead the design, testing and support of Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM and Employee Central modules

• Troubleshoot and resolve end user support tickets

• Email Marketing Executive Job Description:

We’re seeking an Email Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of prior experience in email marketing, who has hands-on expertise in lead generation and email list management. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating compelling email templates, sourcing leads, and utilizing email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
