JOB DESCRIPTION

Objectives:

1. Experience in Social Media Hiring and Boolean/String Searches & Talent Mapping

2. Updating candidate records and job postings in Applicant Tracking Systems.&

coordinating interview drives on a specified date

3. Regular meeting with the Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the

requirements and about their hiring plan.

4. Working on the sourcing plans for recruitment, referral schemes, vendor management etc

5. Involve in market analysis to provide inputs to delivery and to the

current market scenario and suggest alternate ways to successfully fulfill the positions

when faced with challenges.

6. Managing Pipelines.

7. Candidate Management.

8. Facilitating the initial round of screening, appraising the candidate on company

expectation and negotiating salary and perks.

9. Pre-employment check and Employment E-flow Process handing

Qualification: BE/Dip in Civil Engineer

Experience: 1 to 5+Years

1.   Preparing and implementing project plans.

2.   Structural analysis & Design, Engineering drawings.

3.   Ability to work on deadlines and within budgets

4.   Preparing monthly and daily reports detailing progress on engineering procurement.

5.   Quality Assurance and Quality control.

6.   Problem-solving skills

7.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

8.   Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills

9.   Complete knowledge of relevant legislation.

10. liaising with Architect, electrician, plumber, and painter and subcontractors

11. Analyze the results of tests on building materials, such as concrete, wood, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects

12. Highly flexible with the ability to work independently or within a team environment

13. Preparing a Reconciliation statement based on Quality of materials received, Quality of materials use and calculate the materials wastage.

14. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

15. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, pipelines, water and sewage systems and waste disposal units

16. Over seeing periodical repairs/ renovations, maintenance works in the existing branches and group companies.

17.  Experience in store purchase of Raw materials.

18. Worked with subordinates of Plastering, Brick work, Shuttering, Execution, Blog building,

Concreting, Leveling, waterproofing, Labour control and Interior work

19. Willingness to travel and work in different locations when required.
