Requirements / Experience:
- 4-8+ years of PHP application development experience

Responsibilities
This role requires a person to support business charters & accompanying products by aligning with the Analytics
Manager’s vision, understanding tactical requirements and helping in successful execution. Split would be approx.
70% management + 30% individual contributor. Responsibilities include
Project Management
- Understand business needs and objectives.
- Refine use cases and plan iterations and deliverables - able to pivot as required.
- Estimate efforts and conduct regular task updates to ensure timeline adherence.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations as required
Quality Execution
- Help BA and SBA resources with requirement gathering and final presentations.
- Resolve blockers regarding technical challenges and decision-making.
- Check final deliverables for correctness and review codes, along with Manager.
KPIs and metrics
- Orchestrate metrics building, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Owns and manages data models, data sources, and data definition repo.
- Makes low-level design choices during execution.
Team Nurturing
- Help Analytics Manager during regular one-on-ones + check-ins + recruitment.
- Provide technical guidance whenever required.
- Improve benchmarking and decision-making skills at execution-level.
- Train and get new resources up-to-speed.
- Knowledge building (methodologies) to better position the team for complex problems.
Communication
- Upstream to document and discuss execution challenges, process inefficiencies, and feedback loops.
- Downstream and parallel for context-building, mentoring, stakeholder management.

Job Scope
- Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Data Migration: Perform/Support Data Migration as required
- Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project.
- Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements/issues of the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business needs.
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails and Social Media
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings
