We are looking for a seasoned Python/Django expert with 10–12 years of real-world development experience and a strong background in leading engineering teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical initiatives, mentoring team members, ensuring best coding practices, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This position demands deep technical proficiency, strong leadership capability, and exceptional communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Python/Django engineers, offering hands-on technical support and direction.

· Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

· Manage the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural patterns, and established development best practices.

· Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in designing scalable and high-availability systems.

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Title : Python AWS Developer with API

Tech Stack : AWS API gateway, Lambda functionality, Oracle RDS, SQL & database management, (OOPS) principles, Java script, Object relational Mapper, Git, Docker, Java dependency management, CI/CD, AWS cloud & S3, Secret Manager, Python, API frameworks, well-versed with Front and back end programming (python).

Responsibilities: 

·      Worked on building high-performance APIs using AWS services and Python. Python coding, debugging programs and integrating app with third party web services.

·      Troubleshoot and debug non-prod defects, back-end development, API, main focus on coding and monitoring applications.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. Responsibilities

• Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
