Sales and Marketing intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to build and lead our team of agents based in India. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building a high-performing team to ensure that our customers receive high-quality support for Monarch products over chat and phone. The primary goal of this role is to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues, while also empowering our customers to self-service their issues first.

Responsibilities:

• Staff and properly resource a 24/7 support organization that is available globally to meet Monarch customer needs.
• Set performance goals for the team and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
• Define and implement a scalable support model to accommodate growth and changing customer needs.
• Develop and maintain customer service procedures, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.
• Continuously improve the support process, tools, and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer support and regularly report on performance against these metrics.
• Empower customers to self-service resolve their issues by providing them with the necessary resources and guidance.
• Train and coach agents on effective communication and problem-solving techniques to improve their performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Service, Delivery Operations, Manufacturing, and 3rd Party Dealers, to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Manage and maintain a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related fields.
• Experience building and managing a team of agents in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.
• Proficient in using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agriculture Products and Farming is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Monarch product line or similar technical field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 As a  Business  Development  Manager  working under  FMCG  segments, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:

·       Approaching  potential  leads  a  close  them  within  a  stipulated  time  frame.

·       Create  exclusive  distributors,   exclusive super stockist and business associated for the company towards business growth.

·       Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

·       Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Excellent organisational skills.

1. To ANALYZE Business Requirements end-to-end & Documenting Requirements
2. Write Good User Stories (Preferably using INVEST techniques)
3. Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs 
4. Create wireframe prototypes, Mockups and documenting them using Visio or similar tools
5. Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
7. Own the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog 
8. Presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps 
9. Interface with clients and partners to understand business environments, current and future requirements; participate as a solutions expert
10. Roadmap prioritization, conceptualize new product features, and assist with competitive positioning

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform

• Experience is required in IOS

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Working experience in iOS development using Swift, RX Swift,

• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store

• A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch

• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

• working experience on Media streaming

• Working experience on Modular programming, RX Swift, Auto layout, Push Notification & Deep Linking.

• Help us maximizes the traffic that comes to our site by improving the ranking within the search engine.

• Coordinating with the content, design, and operations teams to manage activities to improve on-site as well as off-site SEO
• Drive link building to improve our domain authority

• Make content that should be of quality and which improves readability for our customers

• Conduct a detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in SEO or relevant marketing fields.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
