Our client is a B2B2C tech firm backed by India’s largest retailer and tech venture capitalist founded by founders - IITB Graduates who are experienced in retail, ecommerce and fintech

It aims to become one app to manage all your brand's loyalty points, cashback and coupons. It will have additional content and discovery layer for customers and brands for further engagement and commerce.

Role description:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Product Manager and also work closely with the founder to help shape our overall product roadmap to build high-impact web/mobile platform

Preferred Qualifications :

● 2-3 years proven experience at building high-impact products at scale, preferably in a fast-paced B2C internet/e-commerce company

● B.Tech / MBA or equivalent experience from premier schools

● Experience working as a part of high-performance teams

● Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment

● Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technology and coming up with long term Product roadmaps aligned to the company strategic direction

● Good business smarts along with strong problem solving and metrics orientation

● Design thinking, user empathy and deep understanding of Indian customers

● Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with Engineering teams for implementation and trade-offs

● Crisp written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders and manage senior stakeholders

We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned Product Manager to join the founding team at Fundamento. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of engineers, designers, marketers, and sales managers to understand customer needs and define the experiences that set Fundamento’s clients up for success.

What the role entails 👉🏽

• Manage, align, and communicate the vision for Fundamento’s Skills Readiness platform to internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Build, regularly manage, and execute product roadmap for the platform. 
• Work closely with and communicate clearly to engineering, design, and business to ensure the correct product trade-offs and decisions can be made.
• Work as a bridge between customers, business, marketing, design, and engineering. You are responsible for making a product and ensuring you can create ambassadors and advocates for the development and its vision among these key stakeholder categories. 
• Own sprint execution and lead scrum
• Always advocate for the customers - do what it takes to get customer feedback with or without the help of the sales team. Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
• Continuously evaluate product fit and process optimization, and ascertain technical dependencies.
• Approach your work with a global design mindset to ensure we’re considering the needs of all future customers, wherever they may be
• Demonstrate your team releases to internal and external stakeholders.

• 3+ years experience in designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role. 
• Prior experience working on a B2B SaaS product is a must. 
• Experience must include having been through the Product-Market-Fit journey of a product.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to break down a big vision into actionable, bite-size milestones
• Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
• Experience with AI/ML is a plus. 
• Comfortable using/ reading through GraphQL/ postman documentation and a decent understanding of complex Postgres DBs. An understanding of SQL is good to have. 
• Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player
• Agility and flexibility in adapting to a dynamic and hybrid work environment

Good knowledge of accounting regulations, financial documents and procedures.

Manage all accounting transactions, purchase and journal entries, general ledgers, and invoicing.

Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Manage Expense Management, PO Raising, Invoice Management, and Reimbursements.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions on daily basis.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.

Lead/support implementation of core cloud components and document critical design and configuration details to support enterprise cloud initiatives. • Experience working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, web security mechanisms)

Tech Skills –

Mobile technology – Hybrid (Ionic / Cordova / capacitor / flutter), Native (Android / iOS) – Expert level – Should have completed 2-3 full sized complex projects with server component, use of cloud services, use of device native capabilities like camera, accelerometer etc.
