Job Details (Not limited to):
- Overlook the operations in the region
- Streamline the operations
- Follow up with the on-ground team to ensure tasks assigned are completed on time.
- Purchase of vendors and suppliers upto the allocated budget and take necessary approval for the same
- Assist the transformation team in getting the property renovated and refurbished in the allocated time frame.
- Liaison with the government bodies as and when need be.
- Overlook the on-ground team training and assessment.
- Timely reporting and approvals to be taken from the Operations Head.
- Ensure the properties are maintained as per Ekostay hospitality standards.
- Carry property inspections and audits on a regular basis.
- Ensure maintenance work is done on a timely basis
- Maintain files/records of AMC, purchases, petrol spends, etc
-Work on monthly audits of markets
-Maintain sheets and documents online in a systematic manner (as per company policy)
- Daily reporting and proactive on various organisational whatsapp groups and mails.

- The job requires the personnel to stay in the required region permanently and report to Mumbai office whenever called upon.

Your Impact:
• Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
• Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design
• Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements
• Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution
• Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases
Your Skills & Experience:
• 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application on any eCommerce platform in last 3 years
• If you have not worked in eCommerce platform, we can still discuss with you if you are expert in Java/Net and understand REST/SOAP webservices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
. Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications
• Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
• Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
• Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them
• Guides the development of reference and resource materials
• Mentors developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills
• Communicate technical design to the developers and help/guide them in the implementation

About the role
● Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.

What are we looking for?
● 5+ years working in the marketing or growth function, preferably in a startup.
● Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
● Hands-on experience in Google AdWords and Display/Social ads is a must. Expertise in one of them is a pre-requisite.
