ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We seek an experienced, highly technical, and exceptionally driven Lead Software Engineer to develop a world-class mobile games engineering team in India. You should be comfortable driving change, leading and motivating teams, providing direct feedback, solving complex problems, and, most importantly, establishing a high standard of performance.

Your team will be responsible for implementing highly performant, optimized, scalable, and easily maintainable code for an ambitious FPS shooter game.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain a world-class engineering culture appropriate for our mobile games team.
• Set performance standards for engineering excellence and guide junior engineers to help them learn and improve.
• Address the most significant challenges of a shooter game, such as hit accuracy, server-authoritative gameplay, animations, memory utilization, and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with product managers/producers, designers, and others to understand game features and break down engineering tasks for the team.
• Regularly run profilers to ensure code performance and quality.
• Lead code review sessions.
• Guarantee optimal performance, quality, and stability of the game.
• Develop live operations tools, editor tools, and automation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum Experience: 5-8 years.
• Extreme technical depth and willingness to spend at least 30% of time doing hands-on coding.
• Ability to reasonably estimate and plan tasks and features.
• Expert understanding of multithreading, asynchronous operations, and thread-safe code.
• Proficient at profiling games to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Maniacal adherence to technical best practices and guidelines with a creative problem-solving approach.
• Deep understanding of data-oriented programming and the Unity DOTS framework.
• Familiarity with backend/networking is a plus.

Required Tech Skills:

• Experience in Python
• Experience in any Framework like Django, and Flask.
• Primary and Secondary skills - Python, OOPs and Data Structure

• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development using core PHP,Wordpress, CodeIgniter etc

• will have primary responsibility for coordinating and implementing effective Cyber Security management across the account. This role will ensure that all Supplier obligations are met regarding compliance with Security guidelines, data protection, regulations, Supplier policies, and key controls.
• provide implementation and ongoing operation of Security management framework;
• be responsible for coordinating activities to address the key Security risk exposures;
• ensure Security awareness training of, and assistance in the implementation of robust Security management practices across Security operations;
• direct the design of controls to address emerging or new Security risk and compliance requirements;
• carry out regular and frequent assurance reviews of the design and operating effectiveness of Security controls;
• implement, monitor and report on key Security risk indicators to identify and address emerging risks;
• coordinate with other Service Providers and Security functions, to facilitate client’s audits and inspections;
• manage and report on responses and actions to address Security audit points, inspection deficiencies, or control weakness identified during normal operations.
• review outcome of cyber security risk assessment, timely implement open action items and report progress to stakeholders

• Should have good knowledge of Cyber Security Framework and controls
• CISA ,CISM or CISSP certification should be preferred.
• Have good understanding of Security policy and process along with ITSM process.

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in the Spring Framework
• Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
• Experience with test-driven development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4+ years experience working in an IT environment
• 4+ years of Object-oriented design, functional programming
• Node JS API Development (Firebase API development is a plus)
• Angular or VUE or React JS Front end Development (VUE Js Experience is a plus)
• HTML / CSS responsive development
• Experience using any database
• Experience developing in an Agile / SCRUM Environment
• Experience developing mission-critical applications
• Strong business and technical acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in systems integration
• Strong Experience in lightning development.
• Strong experience with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Visual force, Chatter, Apex Data Loader etc.,
• Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
• Adhere best practices and standards while developing salesforce applications.
• Prepare technical design / specification documents from the business requirement.
• Work closely with the Architecture team, Platform Engineers, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams.
• Ensure on time delivery of the tasks assigned with high quality and standard.
