We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager – Industrial Research to build and engage a high-value network of technology leaders and industry experts. In this role, you will connect with senior professionals across the electronics and IT sectors to gather market insights and introduce them to EFY Group's media and research solutions. (No fixed revenue targets)

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Sourcing: Identify and connect with senior tech professionals and subject matter experts using LinkedIn and industry databases.
• Insight Gathering: Conduct telephonic/video interviews with industry leaders to map market trends and challenges.
• Network Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with experts to grow EFY’s professional community.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with editorial and research teams to share gathered market insights.
• Product Advocacy: Communicate EFY Group’s research, media, and marketing solutions to relevant industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years in client relations, expert networks, or customer-facing roles.
• Education: Background in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent English communication, confident outbound calling skills, and the ability to interact professionally with CXO-level executives.
• Traits: Proactive, organized, and quick to understand technical concepts and industry trends.

We are looking for a UI Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

🔥 Mandatory Skills :

React + TypeScript, GraphQL (Apollo Client), Jest/React Testing Library (MSW), Webpack/CI-CD, AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Cursor), microservices integration.

Product Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate product performance, conduct user and market research, and translate data into actionable insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to analyse customer needs, business requirements, and industry trends, translating insights into frictionless customer journeys.
• Define product strategy and contribute to the creation of prototypes, feature concepts, and long-term product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with Business, and UX teams to shape product flows and user experiences.
• Partner with Engineering teams to ensure smooth development, execution, and timely product launches.
• Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality product delivery without any issues/defects.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements definition, user research, specification writing, testing, and performance tracking.

Deliverables:

Manage Social Channel Strategy, Ideation and Programming 

• Oversee and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, best practices, promotional  campaigns, and day-to-day social media activities while optimizing the brand's presence on all 

relevant social media platforms. This includes upcoming news (funding announcements, IPOs, media coverage) and thought leadership content, and amplification of portfolio content when  appropriate

• Conceptualization and execution of social media content as per the brand's tonality

• Ensure on-time and efficient realization of day-to-day and monthly goals set for the team.

• Develop social media campaign strategy for content launches, company exits/milestones, and events

• Draft social copy and create social graphic assets in Canva, and/or videos tailored for relevant social media, review edits and finalize assets

• Monthly report detailing social performance with insights and recommendations

• Make recommendations for team to improve their social presence

• Social monitoring and listening – listen to relevant conversations, see where we can opportunistically plug in, flag content deficits
