We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who loves crafting delightful, high-performance applications that can handle thousands of concurrent users — and who thrives at the intersection of elegant UX and robust backend systems.

You’ll work closely with our AI, data, and product teams to build responsive, real-time interfaces that bring brand intelligence to life.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Experience architecting systems that handle thousands of concurrent users with low latency
• Strong understanding of web performance, caching, and asynchronous data flows
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB/Postgres) and API design (REST or GraphQL)
• Strong product intuition — you care about UX, not just functionality

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Organic Growth Engine. Build innovative strategies that drive not only traffic but meaningful revenue by connecting search intent with business value.

• Execute a High-Intent Content Strategy. Move beyond generic content and identify high-value commercial keywords that drive qualified leads and user acquisition.

• Deliver Technical Excellence. Work closely with Engineering to ensure our site architecture, performance (Core Web Vitals), and crawlability become a true competitive advantage.

• Optimize for Conversion (CRO). Conduct A/B tests across landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to consistently convert organic visitors into customers.

• Scale Authority. Lead smart, white-hat link-building and digital PR initiatives to enhance Domain Authority and overall brand visibility.

• Drive Data-Backed Experimentation. Continuously test and refine titles, meta descriptions, and content formats to improve CTRs and search rankings.

• Conduct Competitive Gap Analysis. Monitor industry trends and competitor movements, and identify opportunities to outperform them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience in Development using Adobe AEM, Android, Cordova, CRX, Java, Html, JavaScript. Also working knowledge of the Mobil app development.

1. Built websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager
2. Experienced working knowledge of the Experience Server (CRX), including the Content Explorer, Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture.

1. Experience in developing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM product.

1. Excellent working knowledge of the Android Mobile app development using java.
2. Excellent working knowledge of the hybrid mobile app development for android and iOS platform (Cordova).

1. Should have knowledge of development of curated content, websites, landing pages and managing digital assets.
2. Desired Profile:

1. 3+ years of AEM / CQ platform experience in developing Components, Templates, Widgets, OSGi framework (Bundles/Services, tag libraries), JCR, Apache Sling, Adobe Cloud Service Integrations, External Integrations (with DB, Web services and other WCMs & DMS), Workflows, Socialization Framework, Packages.

1. Previous experience as a WCM technical lead or as an AEM architect in delivering 2-3 complex Adobe Experience Management (AEM) projects Should have exposure to UI Development and familiar with the full stack development technologies (Java Script, Angular, Node JS)

Job Description:

• Commercial experience using the Full stack Java Development

Requirements

Degree in IT or equivalent

More than 3 years of web-based application development experience in PHP.
