About the Role

• Work on building, processing and transferring data and dashboards from existing Domo Platform to Power BI Platform.
• Audit existing data systems and deployments and identify errors or areas for improvement.
• Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Build Data Documentation and explanation on parameters, filters, models and relationships used in the dashboards.
• Review existing SQL data sources to improve, connect and integrate it effortlessly with Power BI.
• Create, test and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient migration practices.
• Work closely with the current analytics team, to define requirements, migration steps and, have an open and transparent communication with the team on reviewing the migrated reports and data sources for successful outcomes.
• Ensure all dashboards and data sources are thoroughly reviewed by the team before publishing to the production environment.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timeline for job completion.

Requirements & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in using Power BI to run DAX queries and other advanced interactive functions.
• 2+ years of experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization tools.
• 1+ years of experience working with Relational Databases and building SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Data Collection, Cleaning and Transformation processes.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Power BI Developer(Azure Developer )

Job Description:

Senior visualization engineer with understanding in Azure Data Factory & Databricks to develop and deliver solutions that enable delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes.

Ensure code and design quality through execution of test plans and assist in development of standards & guidelines working closely with internal and external design, business and technical counterparts.

Desired Competencies:

• Strong designing concepts of data visualization centered on business user and a knack of communicating insights visually.
• Ability to produce any of the charting methods available with drill down options and action-based reporting. This includes use of right graphs for the underlying data with company themes and objects.
• Publishing reports & dashboards on reporting server and providing role-based access to users.
• Ability to create wireframes on any tool for communicating the reporting design.
• Creation of ad-hoc reports & dashboards to visually communicate data hub metrics (metadata information) for top management understanding.
• Should be able to handle huge volume of data from databases such as SQL Server, Synapse, Delta Lake or flat files and create high performance dashboards.
• Should be good in Power BI development
• Expertise in 2 or more BI (Visualization) tools in building reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of Azure components like Azure Data Factory, Data lake Store, SQL Database, Azure Databricks
• Strong knowledge in SQL queries

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building data and analytical engineering pipelines with standard ELT patterns, implementing data compaction pipelines, data modelling and overseeing overall data quality

• Work with the Office of the CTO as an active member of our architecture guild

• Writing a data transformation layer using DBT to transform millions of data into data warehouses.

Job description:

We are looking for a PBI Analytics Lead responsible for efficient Data Visualization/ DAX Queries and Data Modeling. The candidate will work on creating complex Power BI reports. He will be involved in creating complex M, Dax Queries and working on data modeling, Row-level security, Visualizations, Data Transformations, and filtering. He will be closely working with the client team to provide solutions and suggestions on Power BI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurate, intuitive, and aesthetic Visual Display of Quantitative Information: We generate data, information, and insights through our business, product, brand, research, and talent teams. You would assist in transforming this data into visualizations that represent easy-to-consume visual summaries, dashboards and storyboards. Every graph tells a story.
• Understanding Data: You would be performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. You would be mining large datasets to determine its characteristics and select appropriate visualizations.
• Project Owner: You would develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions, and would be continuously reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems. You would also contribute to the overall data analytics strategy by knowledge sharing and mentoring end users.
• Perform ongoing maintenance & production of Management dashboards, data flows, and automated reporting.
• Manage upstream and downstream impact of all changes on automated reporting/dashboards
• Independently apply problem-solving ability to identify meaningful insights to business
• Identify automation opportunities and work with a wide range of stakeholders to implement the same.
