Sales Team Lead – creating and managing KPI & KRA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Team Lead who will be 

responsible for leading the sales team, setting clear KPI & KRA frameworks, and 

driving revenue growth. The role involves managing team performance, creating 

measurable targets, tracking productivity, and ensuring alignment with overall 

business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and monitor KPI and KRA frameworks for the sales team.

 Define clear performance metrics such as revenue targets, conversion rates, 

pipeline growth, client acquisition, and retention.

 Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company 

objectives.

 Track individual and team performance against KPIs and provide actionable 

insights.

 Continuously review and refine KPIs to improve productivity and efficiency.

 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

 Identify skill gaps and organize training or development sessions.

 Ensure accountability and ownership across the team.

 Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closures.

 Ensure proper lead management and follow-ups.

 Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

 Analyze sales data and share insights with management.

 Ensure CRM is updated with accurate and timely data.

 Streamline sales processes and improve team efficiency.

 Implement best practices and tools for performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a team lead role.

 Strong experience in creating and managing KPIs/KRAs.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

 Strong understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and CRM tools.

 Ability to drive team performance and meet deadlines.

Exp: 3-6 Years

Basic Qualifications

• Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded design developments 

• Experience in Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing methodology. 

• Familiar with more than 1 leading CAD design tool \

Should have experience in:

• UG nx or CATIA CAD tool min 3-6 Yrs. 

• Experience in CAD Modeling and Detailing min 3-6 Yrs. 

• PLM tools (ENOVIA, Tecamente etc.) min 3-6 Yrs. 

• CAE Tools Ansys for Mechanical Preferred.

Role: Automation Tester – Data Engineering

Experience: 6+ years

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)

Locations: Gurgaon

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on automation testing experience in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing
• Proficiency in Docker
• Experience working on any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in ETL Testing is a must
• Automation testing using Pytest or Scalatest
• Strong SQL skills and data validation techniques
• Familiarity with data processing tools such as ETL, Hadoop, Spark, Hive
• Sound knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to write efficient, clean, and maintainable test scripts

Good to Have:

Job Description  

DevOps: 

• Implementing various development, testing and automation tools 
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure 
• Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL 
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation 
• Identify sources of manual work related to new features from inception to CI/CD pipeline and automate as much as possible. 
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence as well as updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage 

Security: 

• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management 
• Incidence management and root cause analysis 
• Disaster Recovery  

General: 

• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers 

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to own the project end to end with minimum hand holding.   

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Engineering (ECE or CSE preferred)   
• A minimum work experience of 5 years in the relevant field on Linux based infrastructure 
• Work Experience with AWS: (EC2, RDS, ELB, EBD, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS and Cognito) 
• Security suit implementation experience 
• Bash and Python scripting 
• Work experience in setting up VPN and VNC accounts 
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Spinnaker 
• Automation Tools: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes 
• Version Control: Git / GitHub 
• Knowledge of AWS IoT Core is a plus
