About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Laravel Developer Intern who is eager to learn backend development and work on real-world web applications. The intern will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications using the Laravel framework while gaining practical experience in modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing web applications using the Laravel framework
• Support backend development and API integration
• Work with MySQL databases for data management and queries
• Assist in building and maintaining website features and functionalities
• Debug and fix basic issues in existing web applications
• Collaborate with the design and front-end teams to integrate user-facing elements
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance and scalability

Customer Segment :- Automotive, Furnace Manufacturer, Machine Manufacturer

Sales Experience: - 5 to 8 Years

Desired Qualification: - Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma Degree holder.

Skills Required:- Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Technical Understanding, Good Verbal Communication.

Reporting to: - Reporting to Control Product Department’s head from Advance Automation Business Unit.

Areas of responsibility: -

·            Develop sales leads by identifying potential OEMs accounts; acquires new OEMs & extending Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support.

·            Demonstrating a product & explaining salient features of the product for technical approval. 

·            Work with technical team to select the appropriate product to address the customer needs.

·            Working with various sales channels - OEMs, End Users, distributors etc.

·            New Customer Acquisition (Original Equipment Manufacturers-OEMs)

·            To Achieve the sales targets and goals assigned for your area.

·            To Keep the management informed about the sales activities to achieve the annual business target.

Skills And Qualification: -

• Must have experience with any scripting language (JavaScript/NodeJS preferred)

• 1 years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.

3. Lead and set the initial guidelines for tech culture in the company, as we grow

4. Document extensively on Github

5. Ensure architecture and code quality that can scale as the team grows

6. Work on code review, diagnose performance issues, fix bugs

7. Integrate APIs as and when required

8. Setting up events for users, performance, and other analytics

9. Automate things wherever needed

Compensation: ₹9 - ₹13 L per year (plus equity: 0.1% - 0.15%)

Responsibilities

 Analyze user engagements (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)

 Report on web traffic from all social media
