We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software applications. You will have the opportunity to work on both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
3. Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
4. Design and develop APIs and microservices to facilitate data exchange and integration with external systems.
5. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering security and data protection.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
8. Candidate should have min.12 month relevant experience in FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT both backend n front end development
9. Candidate should know c# coding & recent language
10. Candidate should have 80% efficient for back end coding
11. Candidate should have developed basic related application individually
12. Candidate should be ready to work on weekend (week off on tuesday,timing:10.30am-7.30pm)
13. Candidate should be available for immediate joining

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
4. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
5. Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
