We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software applications. You will have the opportunity to work on both the front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices to facilitate data exchange and integration with external systems.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering security and data protection.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
- Candidate should have min.12 month relevant experience in FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT both backend n front end development
- Candidate should know c# coding & recent language
- Candidate should have 80% efficient for back end coding
- Candidate should have developed basic related application individually
- Candidate should be ready to work on weekend (week off on tuesday,timing:10.30am-7.30pm)
- Candidate should be available for immediate joining
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Candidate can join immediately

Extensive Follow-up for the Clients allotted 13. Giving client good client experience 14. If & when required need to sit in reception area also
