We are looking to hire an intern to help design and build the growth analytics infrastructure for multiple products.
At Nirvana, we keep our customers front and center and take pride in bringing delightful experiences to a market used to clunky, confusing interfaces. Our products are used by a range of personas, including insurance agents, fleet owners and safety consultants.
We heavily rely on data to drive decisions at Nirvana. For our product and engineering teams, that means carefully building metrics to understand how our customers use our product and to prioritize our investments. We obsess over every detail along our customer journey and are constantly looking for ways to make it even better.

All of our apps are built with React+Typescript using best-in-class software engineering practices and open source tools.
Here’s a slice of problems that you’ll get to work on as an intern on the Nirvana product and growth team.
Design the Product Growth funnel
You will help design and implement the growth funnel for our agent and fleet facing apps. You’ll work closely with product leaders to define KPIs and benchmark metrics for every step in the funnel.
You’ll research the Customer Data Platform software landscape to select and set up the best CDP for Nirvana.
You will create guidelines for event tracking, data entity modeling and define contracts between them. You will work with product engineers to instrument our apps to generate meaningful events.
Integrate Product Analytics
You will work with our product team to setup best-in-class product analytics tooling and integrate it with our CDP. You will design the testing and debugging methodology for our CDP integration. You will work closely with product leaders to design product analytics dashboards for our apps.

- You learn quickly and can operate independently. You're not afraid to take something on just because you don’t know how to do it yet.
- You not only have the ability or skill to communicate effectively but also have the willingness to be open and honest in your communication.
- You have a growth mindset. You take data-driven decisions and are constantly looking for opportunities to optimize and enhance our customer experience.
While we hire for potential and not experience, previous experience with CDP tools like Segment and/or product analytics tools like Amplitude and Mixpanel will help you stand out.
