Role and Responsibilities:

The role requires one to lead major initiatives associated with the growth of the program among the high school students. These include

● Executing Projects End to End

● Working with diverse stakeholders such as marketing, operations for end to end execution.

● Work on B2B partnerships that can bring business synergies

● Design experiences for students that can lead to lifelong learning

Eligibility:

· 0-1 years of experience in the startups or high school domain

· Experience in project management or execution

. If fresher than internship experience or leadership position in college societies and clubs

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Building GTM Strategy. You’ll own our growth strategies and identify the key channels in which we can invest in and scale our customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be a thought leader who is excited to take a scrappy approach, brainstorm and launch new experiments, A/B test,

and double down upon early signs of success.

● Relentlessly optimizing.. You’ll combine quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, improve conversion rates, and reduce costs.

● Own growth, content and digital marketing completely: experience in PR/ Comms not needed.

● Highly quantitative approach to growth and marketing. Experience with A/B experiments, growth hacks and other tools.

• Calling current and potential customers to try to get them to buy products and services from the company
• Keeping accurate records of customers' purchases, profiles, and other detail
• Taking care of customer accounts by making sure that customers are still happy with the products and services of the company
• Building and keeping good relationships with customers to get them to come back
• Using the sales scripts that the company gives to make sales and deal with customers who say no
• Getting a deep understanding of the products and services customers buy so that they can make good suggestions based on customers' needs and preferences
• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly goals for call volume and sales

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

At-least 1 year of Python, Spark, SQL, data engineering experience

Primary Skillset: PySpark, Scala/Python/Spark, Azure Synapse, S3, RedShift/Snowflake

Relevant Experience: Legacy ETL job Migration to AWS Glue / Python & Spark combination

ROLE SCOPE:

Reverse engineer the existing/legacy ETL jobs

Create the workflow diagrams and review the logic diagrams with Tech Leads

Write equivalent logic in Python & Spark

Unit test the Glue jobs and certify the data loads before passing to system testing

Follow the best practices, enable appropriate audit & control mechanism

Analytically skillful, identify the root causes quickly and efficiently debug issues

Take ownership of the deliverables and support the deployments

REQUIREMENTS:

Create data pipelines for data integration into Cloud stacks eg. Azure Synapse

Code data processing jobs in Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, and Spark

Experience in dealing with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in batch and real-time environments.

Should be able to process .json, .parquet and .avro files

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

Tier1/2 candidates from IIT/NIT/IIITs

However, relevant experience, learning attitude takes precedence

Position description:

2+ years of development experience with mobile application development for Android.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the core team for coming up with new features and implementing them
• Work on new products and services
• Provide support to existing applications
• Integrate REST services into mobile applications

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Passionate about sports, Problem solving, Team player, Target & Result oriented.

Functional Skills: Kotlin, Retrofit, Room Db, GSON, (Room/SQLite), MVVM, MVP, MVC, Work Manager, Rx java, Dagger 2, Recyclerview, Custom Solutions & Custom Views, GIT & JIRA.

• should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
• should have proven expertise in Spring Boot REST/Microservices.
• should have used design patterns like MVP, MVC or MVVM and should know when to use which.
• should have working experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• should have multiple years of experience with cloud application design  and in one or more reputable cloud platform providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure … )
• should have professional experience working in an agile development environment.
• should have strong communication skills and like making decisions.
• should follow good software engineering principles such as TDD, writing modular, maintainable and clean code
