Programming skills required –

·      Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC

🎨 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Graphic Design & Animation Intern to support our team in creating high-quality illustrations, web graphics, and short animations. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about visual storytelling and design.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Design graphics, icons, and illustrations for web and digital platforms.
• Create short animations or motion graphics (e.g., for hero banners, explainer sections).
• Support in branding assets (social media creatives, website visuals).

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Data Scientist – Gen AI with hands-on experience in developing Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques such as RAG and Chain-of-Thought prompting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Agent AI applications using LLM frameworks.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering (Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, CoT).
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop scalable solutions in Python using NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver business-aligned Gen AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar (priority given).
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries.

Nice-to-Have:

• Wrapper API development for LLMs.
• REST API integration within Agentic workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Data Science, AI, or related.
• 4–7 years in AI/ML/Data Science, with 1–2 years in Gen AI/LLMs.

Role: Angular Developer
Experience: 3 - 6 years.

• Design intuitive, human-centric flows, and experiences on the web, iOS, and Android
• Own a wide variety of projects that vary from big picture concepts to granular feature details
• Identify and produce design artifacts that make the team more effective (journey map, user flow, wireframes, etc.)
• Analyze the success of your solutions and iterate
• Create our design system from scratch yourself and help onboard future designers as we scale
• Present work and use design to build alignment and influence product direction
• Research and understand users, plan and conduct usability tests, and leverage data to make confident design decisions
• Influence our product roadmap by advocating for the user and educating the team on key design concerns
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the engineering team and leadership

Skills & Requirements

• 1-8 years of experience delivering extraordinary design as a UX designer, information architect, interaction designer, or similar. Experience designing in the fintech industry is a big bonus.
• Portfolio with a history of impactful projects that showcase your design process
• Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills
• A human-centric approach to designing products
• A bias for action and a tenacious focus on how your work impacts users and the business
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in commonly used design software (FIGMA!) and related tools

Good to have

• Experience leading / mentoring other designers
• Experience with helping set product strategy through methods like design sprints, quarterly or yearly planning, and team brainstorms
• Experience setting a vision for a product experience.
• Prototyping skills (using Invision, HTML, CSS, Framer, Principle, etc.)
• Ability to write and edit HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Conceptual understanding of popular front-end frameworks like Angular and React

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire high-performing engineering teams to build and scale highly reliable, secure and responsive architecture for all LoveLocal products

• Build highly Scalable platforms using Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, Kafka, Distributed Caching, SQL and No SQL Databases

• Take full ownership of the people related aspects of the Engineering team engagement, recruiting, retention, compensation, promotions, individual performance management and organizational structure

• Should be actively involved in hunting and recruiting new talent

• Manage the engineering pipeline at all levels from planning the product implementation with the developers, distributing and managing work of the engineering team and ensure code quality across products and services

• Should continuously plan and build for increasing scale of the product and ensure full hygiene of the tech infrastructure and code sanity

• Should be the primary point of contact of functional heads for all tech dependencies

• Take ownership of overall tech budget, reviewing expenses and planning for future costs

• Work closely with CTO and Product Head on the Tech roadmap of the organisation

• Become an integral part of the core team and be strongly aligned with the mission and values of the company

Main Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development with end-end implementation of products (Preferably in a product driven organisation)

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 15 developers, either as an EM or a Tech Lead

• Should have worked in a well scaled and fast paced working environment (Startups beyond Series B or a major tech organisation)

• Comfortable handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Well versed with cloud computing and infrastructure management AWS / GCP

• Has worked extensively on designing and implementing Microservices architecture

• Should have experience working with NoSQL data stores such as MongoDb, Cassandra, HBase, DynamoDB, etc.

• Should have experience working with Big Data streaming services such as Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ etc

• Should be highly skilled in Python and have solid exposure to JavaScript

• Should have solid exposure to Web development and have had familiarity working with Android and IOS engineers

• Excellent understanding of software engineering practices and Design Patterns

• A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree from top engineering institutes.
