Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in product management (no freshers)
• Background in B2B SaaS / Marketing Tech / CDP preferred
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and SDLC
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Startup/high-growth experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) 

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) according to production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining procedures.

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of produced parts.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment.

Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

Document and record production data and machine performance.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assist in preparing invoices and processing billing-related documentation
• Respond to basic billing queries from customers via email or other support channel
• Support quote creation and pricing discussions by gathering required details
• Help maintain billing records, trackers, and revenue dashboards
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct customer billing information
• Flag recurring billing issues and suggest improvements
• Escalate complex billing concerns to the Billing Specialist
• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending payments/information (where applicable)

Requirements

Must Have:

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline (finance-related preferred)
• Experience range: between 1-3 years
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good numerical aptitude and comfort working with spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Willingness to learn and ability to figure things out independently
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or financial processes (internships count)

Good to Have (Preferred, not mandatory):

• Experience in customer-facing or billing support roles
• Exposure to SaaS billing, subscription models, or CRM/finance tools
• Familiarity with dashboards or reporting

Our Client is focused on democratizing Insurance through technology. It is a cloud-based platform connecting distributors to the Insurance Ecosystem to sell and manage Insurance programs. Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for design, development and delivery our web-based application in an agile manner built on Java Spring Boot, React, My SQL and Mongo DB.
• You will be expected to write code on day-to-day basis while testing it on real world use cases
• You will be an independent owner of your feature on the platform.
• You will be a part of the core software development team and are expected to participate in all development cycles.
• You will be responsible for closure of business requirements end-to-end by working cross-functionally and will be expected to mentor and drive other members of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer / Technology domain.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environment/ building SaaS products.
• Excellent coding skills with ability to deliver in a hyper growth phase.
• Hands on experience in JAVA and practical experience in developing and designing scalable software solutions.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills & understanding of data structures in a complex environment.
• Extensive experience in Spring, Hibernate and SpringBoot
• Experience in building REST Services
• Experience in integrating third party APIs (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Accounting software APIs, APIs of CRM tools etc.) into web applications
• Experience in working with SQL and no SQL DBs (Preferably Mongo DB)
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is a plus
• Knowledge of how insurance processes and past experience in working on insurance applications is a plus.

• A champ in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, Multi-threading, Design patterns, and other computer science concepts.
• Developing and managing applications for new features and enhancement in full-stack
• A proven technical leader within an Agile development environment
• Experience in delivering full-stack solutions across multiple technologies.
• Able to showcase work involving low latency concurrent and distributed systems/applications.
• Able to multi-task and work in a cross-cultural geographically distributed environment.

• Managing our Engineering team - coach them, advocate for them, and productive.
• Providing technical leadership and being accountable for the technical decisions made by your team, with a focus on performance, scalability, privacy, and security.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Manager to create a meaningful vision and roadmap for the team, towards delivering impactful work and a successful outcome.

• Atleast 2 years of ServiceNow core development experience including web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with up to 4 years total experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency with the ServiceNow Glide stack (Glide System, Record, Form)
