Sales Manager

• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.
• Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.
• Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.
• Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.
• Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than 16L

Preferred

• Preferred (Industry Fit) : Prior exposure to the Manufacturing sector (highly preferred – Garment / Textile Manufacturing).
• Preferred Companies (Competitors): Candidates from Solvei8, Zilingo, Centric Software, Gofrugal, Ginesys (or similar players in ERP/CAD/Manufacturing saas

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience of at least 1 Year

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, premier pro)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

Project Overview

Join an exciting early-stage project developing "Fenrir Security" - an innovative autonomous security testing platform. We're building an Electron-based desktop application that leverages AI to automate security testing processes. This is a contract position with potential for long-term engagement as the product evolves.

Contract Details

• Duration: Initial 4-month contract with possibility of extension
• Work Arrangement: Remote with regular online collaboration
• Compensation: Competitive rates based on experience (₹80,000-₹1,50,000 monthly)
• Hours: Flexible, approximately 40 hours weekly

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop a cross-platform Electron application from scratch
• Implement both frontend UI components and backend functionality
• Create integration points for the autonomous testing engine
• Build secure communication protocols between application components
• Develop data visualization components for security testing results
• Implement application packaging and distribution mechanisms
• Work collaboratively with AI/ML specialist and security expert
• Deliver working application builds at regular milestones
• Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience building production applications
• Strong proficiency with Electron framework development
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Node.js
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Working knowledge of desktop application development challenges
• Familiarity with security tools and applications (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• As the key member of a consultative sales team, you will be focused on developing and closing new business opportunities with assigned accounts

Relevant Experience and Qualifications 

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on the Java stack, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Solid experience with Spring (Core/Boot/Security/MVC/Data)
• Have 8 - 12  years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores and bigdata processing
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services 
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading projects developed across continents.

Great to have Experience and Qualifications 

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, and some hands-on experience implementing machine learnt models
• Experience with infrastructure design for cloud based apps, especially AWS.
• Past experience with information and data security standards (PCI-DSS, ISO27000) very nice to have.
