Job Overview:
Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with graphics design software and wireframe tools. If you have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet up! Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and which in turn help us grow our customer base.
Technical Skills Preferred:
- Coding - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Dreamweaver
- Design and graphics - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash
- Content management system (CMS) - WordPress, Adobe Business Catalyst, Drupal, Joomla, Extron, Zopf.(good to have)
Job Responsibilities:
- Illustrate design ideas, PDFs, PPTs, Other documents using storyboards, process flows and competition trends.
- Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with our WEB & MARKETING Manager & of course Directors.
- Design graphic user interface elements of all kinds.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to UK Technology competition examples as standards on fonts, colors and image.
Job Requirements:
- Portfolio of design projects we can lay visuals on
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar web/graphics design role for minimum 12- months.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant graphics design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit: strong communication & creative skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field though not a must.
- Minimum 36-months of verifiable experience, with the right mindset is a must.
