Our mission is to lead India’s real estate industry, towards an era of doing real estate transactions in a convenient and brokerage-free manner. We currently save our customers over 250 crores per year in brokerage. NoBroker was founded by alumni from IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur & IIM Ahmedabad in March 2014 and have since served over 35 lakh customers. As a VC funded company, we’ve raised over 20M+ in a couple of rounds of funding. Reviews deals on Salesforce with a commercial mindset and assesses the strength and
revenue potential of the deal.
Has a good understanding of deal structures, and key KPIs e.g. discount, fee etc and uses this

Qualification & Experience
Prior Digital Marketing Experience of 4-6 years.
Prior experience with start-ups in Ecommerce/DTC space or agencies that have managed brands in DTC is preferred.
Key Deliverables of the Role
Manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as other search and display marketing engines.
Execute on monthly and quarterly plans to grow user base and manage marketing budgets on Search engines, social media, and
other digital channels.
Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition-
including responsibility for landing page, funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve relevance
and improve conversion rates.
Responsible for the creation, set-up, and execution and optimization of various ads and campaigns.
