• Work on complex, custom-designed, scalable, multi-tiered software development projects
• Work closely with clients (commercial & social enterprises, start-ups), both Business and Technical staff members * Be responsible for the quality of software and resolving any issues regards the solution
• Think through hard problems, not limited to technology and work with a team to realise and implement solutions

• Development and delivery experience in any of the programming languages
• Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
• Great design and solutioning skills (OO & Functional)
• Experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation of large-scale custom-built object-oriented applications
• Understanding of code refactoring and optimisation issues
• Understanding of Virtualisation & DevOps. Experience with Ansible, Chef, and Docker preferable * Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different situations
• Ability to handle ambiguity on a day-to-day basis

Skills:- J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate (Java), Java and Scala

• High School diploma or GED required 
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and building scalable web based applications 
• Experience with RESTful web services, Java/Spring framework, NodeJS applications, React & Vue Frameworks 
• Strong relational database modeling and SQL experience (Oracle, MSSQL)f 
• Solid knowledge of testing principle and ability to build comprehensive test suite  
• Demonstrated UI design and UX sensibilities 
• Experience in scripting against Windows/Linux i.e. PowerShell, VB or Unix Shell Script, Python  
• Ability to coordinate the release/deployment process and versioning, code, configuration management 
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and Opensource Tools and Agile methodologies 
• Experience leading software developers on development best practices as a technical lead 
• Experience with using JIRA (for defect tracking and for ITSM ticketing with Incident/Problem/Change)  

• Participate in requirements
• Maintain and improve web Design mobile-based web features.
• Work closely with Scrum team to ensure quality throughout the entire software development
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing, adopting and following good practices and processes
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both customer needs and business goals
• Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable, testable and modular code
• Collaborate within a team by participating in code reviews, pairing sessions, architecture discussions and planning

• Write robust, testable code, along with unit, functional, acceptance and/or user tests to validate every change
• Challenge your fellow team members to grow and enhance our team with new, diverse talent
• Mentor interns and other software engineers to grow their technical skills
• Work closely with Scrum team to ensure quality throughout the entire software development cycle.
• Identify and propose dev toolsets to enhance and extend the dev team’s capabilities & efficiency
• Manage business context and pressures around quality and time to market
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

• 12 to 16 years of experience in enterprise level software architecture, design, development (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
• Experienced in Full Stack product development
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
• Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design and problem solving.
• Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of Java and related technologies
• Experience with modern software development methodologies: Agile/Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.
• Proficiency in Full Stack product development
• Proficiency with Java is essential.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML CSS is essential
• Proficient with REST APIs
• Proficient with product development experience on both front end and back end
• Experience with AWS and/or other public cloud technologies.
• Database Experience (query optimization, index generation, caching) or NoSQL DBs a plus
