• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements effectively.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our automotive inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after vehicle sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential customers to the dealership.
• Manage and update customer records and sales reports using dealership CRM software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in automobile retail sales.
