AimInfologics is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can generate, manage, and close international business opportunities for our software development services.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in IT/software sales, not just lead generation. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with international clients, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage international B2B sales opportunities.
- Handle client calls, discovery meetings, and requirement discussions.
- Sell services including web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, automation, and custom software development.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Handle negotiations related to pricing, scope, timelines, and payment terms.
- Follow up with prospects and take ownership of opportunities until closure.
- Generate business through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and track leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and project teams during the pre-sales process.
- Guide the lead-generation team and help improve the overall sales process.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.
- Experience dealing with international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, or similar.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and closing software/IT projects.
- Strong English communication and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, AI, and custom software services.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Ability to independently manage opportunities from initial conversation to deal closure.
