We are hiring for a product-based global furniture and homeware organization with operations in the UK and India. The company builds and maintains in-house digital platforms focused on design-to-delivery, supply-chain, and logistics. The team focuses on building scalable, high-performance internal systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python & Django / Django REST Framework
• Build scalable, secure, and optimized database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best engineering practices
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD processes
• Deploy and manage backend services on cloud infrastructure and web servers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and Django / Django REST Framework
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with REST API design, authentication & authorization
• Working knowledge of AWS services: EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, RDS
• Experience configuring and managing Nginx/Apache
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Pytest, unittest)
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms or high-traffic scalable systems

1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the education sector, specifically in selling admission management solutions to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, and boarding schools.
2. Strong understanding of the admission processes and challenges faced by educational institutions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with school stakeholders at all levels.
4. The proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to detail in contract and agreement management.
7. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
9. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in React Native/ React development
• Familiarity with AWS solutions like Amplify , Cognito, DynamoDB will be a bonus
• Should be able to write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Should be able to design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and high-performance applications.
• Architect & design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions
• You must have experience in deploying Android/iOS apps previously on playstore/Appstore.
• You should be able to build pixel-perfect, amazingly smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native
• .
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.

RF Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring RF test equipment is calibrated to industry standards.
• Testing the performance of existing wireless products.
• Analysing RF broadcasting product and suggesting improvements.
• Troubleshooting RF tuning / antenna circuit issues.
• RF antenna design (PCB Antenna Design).
• Conducting laboratory tests on RF products.
• Ensuring regulatory standards are met.

RF Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an RF engineer in the RF industry.
• Advanced knowledge of LTE and RF (Bluetooth/Wireless) networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• The focus for the Sales Operation Manager is to align the Sales team effort to quarter objective and contribute to the outcome.
• The position requires a complete understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and ability to use knowledge to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate integration of the sales methodology and content usage into the company’s CRM/  automation application. Explore data management platforms to increase efficiency
• Analyse sales data and creates processes to drive accurate 30-60-90 Day forecasting & funnel management.
• Update & manage the sales content portfolio in conjunction to Product & Marketing initiatives , introduce & improve methods to deliver content to the sales team which are handed out to the market
