Responsibilities : 

  • Responsible for timely renewals in an assigned territory including:
     Create Quotes and Proposals, including responding to RFPs
    Identify Upsell and Cross-sells and transfer leads to account mining team for top-tier
  • opportunities.
    Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account
  • Executives, and Partners as needed throughout the renewal process.

  Inform customers on contractual implications and ensure customer awareness and

understanding of Interview Mocha’s portfolio of capabilities.

  Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.

  Work with various departments across the organization to advocate for the customer and work together to resolve any issues.

  Manage a pipeline through your prospects commitments

  Accurately forecast monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities in territory via HubSpot and other systems, as required.

  Work closely with the Sales head for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

  Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing

  Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure

Requirements

  • 0.6 months - 3 years’ experience with product sales and/or renewing contracts

  • Gradute with computer backgroud

  • Experience in negotiating contracts/pricing with a successful record of closing sales deals

  •  Effective at organization and prioritization

  • Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.

  • Prior experience of HubSpot CRM and Ticketing tools will be an added advantage
