Role Overview:

An incredible opportunity for freshers to gain international exposure in travel operations! You’ll handle backend travel coordination, ensure smooth booking processes, assist with travel administration, and collaborate with UK teams for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage travel bookings, reservations, and related documentation.
• Handle customer queries via email, chat, or phone.
• Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and invoices.
• Coordinate with UK counterparts to ensure process adherence.
• Work in rotational shifts to support UK operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome!)
• Good command over English (written & verbal)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, recruitment, and HR outsourcing services.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for delivery.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client records and sales reports using CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Participate in business networking events, job fairs, and industry meets.

 Strong written/verbal communication skills

·        Minimum 2-15 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·        Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·        Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·        Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

·        Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·        Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·        Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.
