Job Purpose

A Plant Operations Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the overall plant operations. Assures that the plant's production objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements while maintaining compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all aspects of the manufacturing operations.

• Facilitate, coach, counsel, and guide the manufacturing work group to ensure they can deliver results.

• Educate, develop, and motivate a manufacturing work group to achieve required production results.
• 
  
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures to achieve stated goals.
• 
  
• Strive for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to ensure efficiencies and eliminate waste, and implement such plans through people, processes, procedures, and equipment.

• Exercise direct supervision over R&D department, general supervisors and line supervisors concerning production volume, cost, and quality of production to meet production schedules and delivery dates.

• Meet financial objectives and goals by forecasting requirements and supporting the annual budget process.

• Review production costs and product quality and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the plant.

• Direct and lead all operations to achieve monthly profit results with a focus on operations throughout.

Senior Software Engineer (Backend) – Credit Cards Platform

Experience required - 5+ years

Job Location - Hyderabad & Ahmedabad

What you'll do:

· Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks

· Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

· Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage.

· Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

· Mentor junior developers on the team

• Core expertise in advanced SEO- including but not limited to on-page SEO, off-page SEO, brand signals, outreach & user experience
• Experience in copy & content optimization, content strategy, content marketing, content amplification, etc.
• Love for strategically a/b testing different things, collecting data, analyzing numbers, extracting insights & re-iterating the execution loop
• Understanding of basic web technologies like HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Understanding of technical SEO
• Ability to suggest action items for improvement
• Understanding of data, numbers & their significance
• Ability to make simple & complex deductions
• Ability to make sense of data to make various kinds of direct or indirect interpretations & use that data to create simple highly actionable steps

What you need to have:

• Deploy company Application on customer public cloud and on-premise data centers
• Building Kubernetes based workflows for wide variety of use cases
• Document and Automate the deployment process for internal and external deployments
• Interacting with customers over call to deployment and debugging
• Deployment and Product Support

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure development, or development and operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in docker and kubernetes.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Aware of Kubernetes Internals, Networking etc. Experience with Linux infrastructures tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Extensive experience in setting up Kubernetes on AWS, Azure etc.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Big Data Tools like Hadoop, Spark.
• Experience with Java Application Debugging.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana etc

• Experience in Java Programming with Selenium and Mobile Application (Appium).
• Experience in designing developing data quality automation and executing test plans.
• Experience in CI/CD and developing Test Automation Tools for Data Quality Assessment.
• Familiar with standard Quality Assurance and development tools.
